INCOMPARABLE SERVICE, PURE PROFESSIONALISM, AMAZING ATTITUDE

Some people are super excited to get a new car, and while that's somewhat true for me too; historically the process of actually getting to the finish line has been brutally painful (find a car, start negotiations, play the back & forth, "cat & mouse" game until you think you've gotten the best deal you can, etc.), you all know what I'm talking about! That said, we started looking for my new approx. 5 weeks ago. My current lease is up at the end of March so we allowed ourselves enough time to really make an informed decision. We visited our local Ford, Kia & Hyundai dealerships and the complete experience & process at each dealership was SIGNIFICANTLY different. Conicelli Hyundai was the last dealership we went to after being back & forth between Ford & Kia (side note...should've just gone there FIRST!) From the first minute we walked in their showroom the "vibe" was different. I didn't feel that tense, "get ready to do battle" feeling I had at the other dealerships. It was a relaxed, comfortable, welcoming feeling. It was a sunny, warm, super busy Saturday in February yet, the greeter had a salesperson with us in about 2 minutes and from that second on...I KNEW I would buy a car from this guy. He introduced himself (Bernard) and asked what we were looking for. We gave him our specifications (color, models, interior upgrades, etc.) and he was off to find some options for us. We spent the next 6 hours with this guy back & forth between their inventory lot and the dealership lot, trying to find me the "perfect" SUV. Bernard has the patience of a saint! He was so incredibly GENUINE, not "pushy" or a "fast talker". He was well spoken & direct. He was HONEST about not purchasing more vehicle than you need (Palisade vs. Santa Fe vs. Tuscon), he was SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE about all of the features in each of the vehicles we were considering. He was PERSONABLE with a great demeanor & attitude and you could tell he really enjoyed working with people and likes his job! If you're ever in the market for a Hyundai GO SEE BERNARD at Conicelli Hyundai - he is one in a million! He is an amazing asset to the Conicelli Hyundai team! After Bernard found me the perfect SUV, Glenn Beck, the Asst. Sales Manager, stepped in and made the sales negotiations the easiest process ever! He was super welcoming, very transparent, easy to work with, answered every single question we had re: leasing vs. financing, rates, rebates, hold backs, residuals, etc. It couldn't have been any easier. He was pleasant and informative throughout and we were confident we received the best deal! It was so late on Saturday night (close to 7PM) that we decided to come back Monday afternoon to finish the paperwork. When we pulled up, our new car was sparkling in the sun right in front of the dealership - washed, waxed, inspected & ready to go! Glenn & Gianna (the finance mgr.) had remaining paperwork ready to be executed and Bernard linked up our phones to the car, showed us all the bells & whistles. I can’t say enough wonderful compliments about my experience with this dealership! You often hear people say… “so-and-so treated me like family”…let me tell you – these people truly, truly treated us like family! We laughed, joked, shared pizza for dinner and had an experience that I am happy to share with anyone who wants to know! Thank you so much Bernard, Glenn & Gianna for making our first (& definitely not last) experience at Conicelli Hyundai so pleasant! You guys ROCK! CoNICElli truly is a NICE place to do business!

Conicelli Hyundai have great customer service amazing sales people. I bought a beautiful 2020 Kona I'm in love with my vehicle I couldn't be happier.
