I contacted Bernard Jones a few times by email. Last time...

I contacted Bernard Jones a few times by email. Last time I contacted him, I asked to set an appointment: he never responded. When I complained to the sales manager, Bernard Jones sent a letter to me as if we had met/discussed the car I was interested in. Bernard Jones never made a good faith effort to contact me. Long story short, Bernard Jones needs to improve his customer skills.

Wanted to thank everyone involved in the purchase of my new 2020 Hyundai Sonata. From Lori Hammond to David Kahn to our GM Glenn Beck who treated me like a queen. Gianna who did the financing was very quick and explained everything and Bernard Jones he explained the car like a pro. This is by far the best experience I have ever had. Thank you guys so much. Customer for life.

Keely and Glenn were welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful, from beginning to end. I came in with a couple different vehicles in mind, and Keely helped me narrow it down to something that fit my budget and my needs. So far, I love the car, and have already recommended that others stop by if they're in the market for a car. Kindness goes a long way, and the team there exemplifies it.

I returned my lease to this employee. He tried to tell me...

I returned my lease to this employee. He tried to tell me my newly installed bumper was terrible, and It would be a $1500 charge minimum. He wanted to make it out that the car would cost me so much to turn in, that I should keep it. I returned my car to him on 7/24/2020 yet somehow Toyota records it returned on 8/10/2020. In those 16 days, my car taillight was broken, and a tire went flat. Mr. Fahd Alfie did apparently not process any of my excessive damage claims that should have been covered. I'm not surprised, as he did not respond to my email, he was also not happy to help when I asked for a screwdriver to retrieve my license plate. Of the $1900 on repairs charged by the lease, $450 were my responsibly; the rest should have been covered or were fraudulent. The entire process felt scummy from the start, and now that I'm getting this information, I'm livid. I would stay as far away from this guy.

I was terrified to walk into a dealership for the first time ever, but Yusef made my first car lease a wonderful experience! He was extremely friendly, funny, and personable, in addition to being very knowledgeable and helpful. There was no pressure or haggling, and I felt very comfortable throughout my time at Conicelli. I drove away in exactly the car I wanted for the price I was hoping for. I’d recommend Conicelli Hyundai to anyone and specifically Yusef for being such a great representative of the company!
