After a nice message from their manager Dave Kahn, I decided to stop by to look at the Elantra. I dealt with Danielle and Sylvia the finance manager. I was short for time but didn't feel rushed or pressured in any way. I would recommend this store for anyone looking to purchase a Hyundai. Transparent and nice folks. Thanks

Great!

My experience with Conicelli Hyundai was a great one. From Timothy Smith (GM) to Tim Mhay (Sales Consultant) to Juan Pelegrin (Finance Manager), I felt comfortable with every step of the process and it was a smooth experience. Each employee was professional and also socially welcoming. Overall it was a 10/10 experience.

Kizzy and conicelli r the best!

As you can see in my photo I’m happy. I was worried on arrival though lol. Despite that, Kizzy and Conicelli really helped me. They really worked with me and gathered a lot of info. I will gladly be a customer here a long timeeee.

Worst sales and service department

After taking 5 trips to get my grandparents mirror repaired because Conicelli’s service department could not figure out how to fix it, they finally ordered a new mirror and chipped the new mirror on installation and wanted me to come back for 6th time after they ordered a second new mirror. Now trying to buy the car off the lease the my husband has had to step the salesman through the paperwork for buying out of state and my 90 year old grandparent is stuck here for hours due to the salesman’s incompetence. Avoid this dealership for repairs and sales.

Unprofessional salesperson and uncompetent service departmen

Extremely unprofessional sales team. My husband had to walk the salesman through the entire process of buying out of state. We called ahead and were told the it would take 1.5 hours, but took over 3 hours wait to go to the finance office to pay cash for the car. The service center is completely incompetent. Took 5 visits to repair a warranty issue in a mirror and then on the 5th visit they chipped the new mirror on installation and want me to return for a 6th visit. Avoid the sales and services department at Conicelli.

Second great experience with Conicelli Autoplex

Our salesman (Joe Fina) went above and beyond to procure the vehicle we really wanted. Starting with the Internet Sales Department giving us the most aggressive pricing in the Northeast, and not the typical dealer bait-and-switch when you arrive, this was the best experience buying a new vehicle. My wife and I had a very specific vehicle in mind (2018 Hyundai Tucson Limited with the Ultimate package in Dazzling white with a beige interior) which Conicelli did not have in their inventory. Joe worked very hard to find this vehicle for us, and a dealer willing to trade for it, during a very busy time (Hyundai's end of model year sale). Within a few days Joe, working with his team, was able to locate our vehicle at a dealer in Maryland and sent a driver down the next day to bring it up for us. The vehicle was beautifully prepped for our arrival and the paperwork process was seamless and easy. While we were completing the paperwork with Juan, Joe went outside to put our plates and temporary registration on the vehicle as well as activate Bluelink. Once everything was done Joe took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns regarding the various features of the vehicle, especially the new technology. As promised, Joe followed up a few days later with a phone call to ensure that we were enjoying our new purchase and to see if we had any additional questions or concerns. This entire experience has been wonderful and the entire sales team, including the manager, were always polite, respectful, and transparent with everything they were doing. I would definitely recommend Conicelli Hyundai to anyone in the area that is looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle. The no pressure sales approach, the honest and upfront internet pricing, and the overall hospitality of the entire sales group was the best car buying experience.

After a 17 year customer I left and won't go back

Read till the end...I bought and leased cars from Conicelli for the past 17 years and this past experience I won't go back. My Nissan Maxima's engine went and I was left to make a quick decision on buying a car. Naturally I was going to stay with Conicelli but this experience left me questioning there morals. I dealt with the internet team and gave them a list of 6 cars I wanted to see and I confirmed with them that the cars were available. When I got there for my 6pm appointment the sales person that was assigned to me was not available so they quickly assigned a new person. Thinking they would have the cars ready for me to look at they just started looking for them only to find out 4 of the 6 were not available. So the first hour and a half was starting from scratch looking into inventory. Because I was short on time finding a car my wife was at another dealership shopping at the same time. So at this time I starting looking at Conicelli's inventory and I gave him my parameters and the only car he had available in the make and model was 4k over budget. So we started driving lot to lot in that car to see what other cars fall into that category I was shopping. I won't get into the way the salesman drove lets just say I survived. Long story short I drove 4 cars and was down to making a decision on purchasing the car outside my price range. By this time my wife also found a car so I now have the car at Conicelli and a car at another dealership. After going back and forth on a final price for the car at Conicelli my wife called me from the other dealer. She told me the dealer she is at found out the car at Conicelli that I have been negotiating has been into an accident. I then told the used car manager about this and he looked surprised. He looked it up and yes the car was in an accident. Not disclosing this up front was very concerning but I overlooked this and continued to inspect the car. I asked him what is the price now for the car knowing it was in an accident. He said that he couldn't lower the price. I said that is retail for this car if it wasn't in an accident. They wouldn't move on the price and were trying to sell me the car at retail. I first felt deceived that they were negotiating a price without disclosing the accident and I put that aside because cars get in bumper accidents. But then they wouldn't reduce the cost for the depreciation for the accident. It all felt very shady and left me feeling uncomfortable about dealing with them.
