Conicelli Autoplex

Rob Durante was very helpful to us when we went to Conicelli. We weren't sure if we wanted a new or used car. He and Tim MNay were only too happy to tell us about all of our options. Both of them were great; no pressure, just helpful, informative, and courteous. They didn't rush us; let us try several used and new cars. When we finally made up our minds, they made sure our paperwork went smoothly. Would highly recommend asking for them if you are considering buying a Hyundai. two great guys.

I went to test drive a CRV. I wanted to like the car very much. It had all the things I wanted in a car and had the best safety reviews too. I had initially gone to a dealer close to where I live in Ardmore Pa. I had a terrible experience with the salesperson there. He was aggressive and kept talking about what the ladies liked. When I said I wanted to test drive the car again he made a face and rolled his eyes. Pretty dumb way to sell a car. When I went to this dealer I asked for the least aggressive salesperson they had. They connected me with Will. He was perfect. He spent the time with me explaining all the specifics about the car. It was the most informative car shopping experience I had with any dealer and any car. Just lots of information and a totally pleasant reasonable person to learn about the car with. I ultimately did not buy a Honda, but I wanted to take the time to write this review because the salesperson was amazing. Really a breath of fresh air in a pretty difficult business.

This was a great car buying experience. The staff here is amazing and go above and beyond to work with and help you understand every aspect of the car buying process. I worked with Steve Kauffman & TJ Smith, both of which were very professional and awesome to work with. I would absolutely recommend Conicelli to anyone in the market for a new Hyundai.

My experience with leasing a car at Hyundai was excellent. All staff members were amazing, and answered all questions. They worked closely with my family and I to make sure my decision in leasing was financially reasonable and sat me in the exact car i wanted within my budget. Everyone was very friendly, and went out of their way to make my family and I comfortable. Will recommend in the future.

I already gave a review above, but I would add that everything about the agency was excellent and I can't over state that one of the main reasons we bought at Conshohocken Genesis is due to John Innaurato.

I felt like I got a really good deal on my Hyundai and this is my 2nd Hyundai Elantra and I really like the new one I just bought from Conicelli. The new features and extra front room are great. The staff there are super friendly and the atmosphere is nice and I love the blue and white balloons. Very festive atmosphere. I'm glad I decided to go there instead of the Piazza dealership that's closer to me. Had a great buying experience with no stress from the sales person. They were very professional and friendly.

I am thoroughly pleased with my new lease. Hyndai was not my first choice. However im impressed with how they accomodated my new purchasing needs
