I schedule an appointment over internet with beautiful lady she schedule me in.Then great guy greated me and took my car for me.Then the guy roy at front desk was very professional and polite.Then i cant praise the mechanic enough who perform the work on my vehicle he was very good and professional .I highly recommend Conicelli hyundai they treat you like family and actually care about their customer s unlike other dealerships ive been to.Thankyou Conicelli your the best ever!!!

Rob Durante was very helpful to us when we went to Conicelli. We weren't sure if we wanted a new or used car. He and Tim MNay were only too happy to tell us about all of our options. Both of them were great; no pressure, just helpful, informative, and courteous. They didn't rush us; let us try several used and new cars. When we finally made up our minds, they made sure our paperwork went smoothly. Would highly recommend asking for them if you are considering buying a Hyundai. two great guys.

I went to test drive a CRV. I wanted to like the car very much. It had all the things I wanted in a car and had the best safety reviews too. I had initially gone to a dealer close to where I live in Ardmore Pa. I had a terrible experience with the salesperson there. He was aggressive and kept talking about what the ladies liked. When I said I wanted to test drive the car again he made a face and rolled his eyes. Pretty dumb way to sell a car. When I went to this dealer I asked for the least aggressive salesperson they had. They connected me with Will. He was perfect. He spent the time with me explaining all the specifics about the car. It was the most informative car shopping experience I had with any dealer and any car. Just lots of information and a totally pleasant reasonable person to learn about the car with. I ultimately did not buy a Honda, but I wanted to take the time to write this review because the salesperson was amazing. Really a breath of fresh air in a pretty difficult business.

My experience with leasing a car at Hyundai was excellent. All staff members were amazing, and answered all questions. They worked closely with my family and I to make sure my decision in leasing was financially reasonable and sat me in the exact car i wanted within my budget. Everyone was very friendly, and went out of their way to make my family and I comfortable. Will recommend in the future.
