2017 Tucson

Friendly staff and service. I am just happy to have gotten rid of my old car that was going to go at any minute. Also, I got the CPP included and it didn't affect my monthly leasing payments.

These guys give new meaning to "NICE"

From the time we first entered, these guys went out of their way to accommodate all our needs. This included coming in on their days off and dropping the car off at our home when our tight schedule demanded it. Just fantastic!

I love my car and was so glad Mike took the time to show me how to operate all the accessories in my car. When I left the dealership I knew I made the right decision. They even fixed my flat tiresome on my trade in car the day before I was to pickup my new car.

Lease was ending on 2014 Santa Fe Sport...

Just bought a 2017 Santa Fe Sport 2.0T Ultimate. It's great. Even added some bells & whistles since the '14. Love it! Highly recommend working with Gianna, made the whole car-buying experience pretty pain-free.

TransUnion Diaster

Hyundai Finance could not check my credit on the day that I signed the paperwork for the car because I had a freeze on my credit. Equifax and Experian removed the freeze after I spoke with them over the phone and properly identified myself. TransUnion refused to do this without a PIN number, which I did not have since I had never done business with them. The TransUnion staff in India (or Pakistani) was rude and unhelpful. They would not remove the freeze over the phone and told me it would be a week before I receive the PIN in the mail. I had to sign the paperwork for the car in order to get your deal even though I could not take possession of the car. After waiting 5 days and not receiving anything from TransUnion I drove from my home in Chestnut to their Headquarters near the Philadelphia International Airport. The headquarters staff promptly removed the credit freeze and could not understand why the staff in India did not. I waited a total of 9 days because no one informed me that your company uses TransUnion!
