New car purchase

The salesperson, Danielle, was professional, knowledgeable , friendly, patient , and was not overbearing. She explained the workings of the car during the test drive & answered my questions. If she was not sure of something, she said so & sought the answer. The finance dept. explained various options. I took a couple of days to digest the information and made my decision. I received a follow-up call a couple of days after purchasing the Hyundai Sonata to see how things were going. I will use their service dept. because of the convenience & friendliness.I am recommending this dealership.D

went out to look at cars one day and stopped at your dealership first. took a few cars out for a test drive and came back and settled on one. since i took the car home i have been so happy with it.

I haven't purchased a vehicle from a dealership in over 40 years. My experience back then was that awful. My experience with Conicelli was just the opposite. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

tim mhay is an excellent salesman

This was the best new car buying experience I've ever had. I didn't feel rushed at the beginning, I wasn't pressured, I was given time to walk the lot and then when I was ready, Tim helped me though every step of the process. And it didn't feel like a chess match or a game, I felt like he was there to help me get the car I wanted at the best price. He was amazingly thorough, knowledgeable, and polite. I love my new Tucson.

Conecelli and Anton Butchet are simply the best. Usually I feel uncomfortable looking for a new car .Anton has changed my feelings he made my experience simple and quick I got exactly what I wanted and was on my way home in lesss than 2 hours.

Everything was amazing, the people I worked with, everyone was friendly and helpful. I left happy and they went above and beyond by picking up my trade in car as I have a newborn and was unable to come back.

Waste of my time

First of all before I came to the dealership I explained to the woman I spoke with exactly what I wanted to trade in my vehicle and use as a down payment and also my credit after I drive 45 minutes after working an 8 1/2 hour shift not to mention I had to get up at 3:30am that morning that's why I was very specific about what I wanted to do...only to get there and the salesmen said he didn't see nothing like that in the notes but he can get me approved..after having me sit in the 2014 Tucson I wanted and I told him I didn't want to do that and not be able to get it he assured me he can get me approved..well after sitting there for two hours he told me I was approved I was shocked but happy only to be told 30 minutes later I was approved but not for what I wanted.. I was not pleased and felt like it was a big wast of my time..not going back

Good service

Everyone was very accommodating, patient, and helpful. Tj and Giovanni were flexible and worked with me to go through the process of leasing a car and chasing 2 toddlers around at the same time. I'd absolutely go back again!
