I had the pleasure of working with Dmitriy Kichin. He is amazing at what he does. I went in to shop around for cars, but was already approved for an auto loan before I came in. When I sat down with Dmitriy I made him aware of my approval; he took one look at the paperwork and told me he could do much better than what I was being offered. And boy did it! I was looking for a used car in good condition and left with a 2017 Toyota Camry! I LOVE it!!!! If you are in the market for a vehicle, I recommend Dmitriy!! He took me around and showed me every car I wanted to see (prior to committing to the Camry). He explained everything to me. I never felt like I was being talked into anything. He's an all around great guy!!!

Lauren was just great. From the start, we felt comfortable talking about what we were interested in, what our budget was, and what our concerns were. She didn't give us the classic salesman pitch and we never felt that pressure from her as if she was "just trying to get the sale". She was very knowledgeable, could answer almost every question we could come up with, and was willing to work with us and our budget. She had a great attitude, and walked us through the whole process. Her manager seemed like a great guy as well. We had been to several other dealers before this one, and we were most pleased with the service at Conicelli Honda, their car selection, and their willingness to make good and reasonable deals with you, and at the end of the day, they got our business and our recommendation for future car shoppers!
