Hyundai Elantra

great service and everything was done in 1 visit which worked perfectly with my sechedule and john stayed late to make sure everything went through and took the time to show me all the features of my car which was awesome

Disappointment

While my sales person John did do a nice job helping me get the price of the car closer to my budget. I was very upset when the car was delivered to me dirty and was sent back three times to clean and still had dirt and dust around the car. There was still a number of dirt buildup around the crevices of the car inside and out. I pulled off the lot with a brand-new car that had no l shine to it at all and dust on the dashboard. This was my first brand-new car, what a disspointment. I have watched my mother buy 6 cars in my lifetime none of her cars where ever delivered to her in this manner. I must say that TJ the manager did try to get the car clean but unfortunately it kept coming back to me with dirt buildup. I appreciate what TJ try to do but I'm still disappointed because the car was still dirty. To make matters worse I got home to see that the bottom of the knee Airbag/Driverseat was pop out as though the airbag was going to be released, or has been released before. I immediately took it to Conncelli the next day and a mechanic pushed it back up and said that it was an issue that happen during servicing before the car was sold. I also did not get a full tank of gas the car was only filled 75%. Unfortunately these are things that should never happen when buying a new car. I am not sure if this is the normal at Conicelli Hyundai, but I can assure you, I can name 5 dealers that I have had better experiences with. I also must point out that it has been close to a month with my car and nobody has reached out to me to asked how my experience was including Service who knows I was a upset when I had to bring my car back the day after I purchased it. Major disappointment! I will not be recommending Concelli Hyundai to any family or friends, I also do not think I will purchase a another car from them. These maybe smaller things "for now" but a bad taste has been left in my mouth with the dealer. Hoping I at least enjoy my car over these next few years.

They helped me find a car that I'm very happy with. This was my first SUV. I went to the dealership expecting to buy a used card but bought a new car instead.

Awesome Experience!

This is the first time I've ever leased a car, and the experience I had was awesome! Everyone was extremely helpful and very kind! I'd recommend it to anyone and everyone!

Great experience

...HAPPY CAMPER ..

i was happy to get my little red car off the showroom floor .I really love it! We drove it up to the Poconos and it ran GREAT..... it was also very good on gas which will save me $$$$$ Im so glad i picked her out.
