Just as great the second time

This is my second car from Conicelli in 3 years. They are great to work with, friendly, and straight forward. I had a different sales person this time but she quickly put me at ease. I researched my car ahead of time, Gianna called and I relayed my wants and needs. She had exactly what I was looking for waiting for me when I arrived. I couldn't ask for a better dealership. The finance manage is also great. Even though I was parting with money it was an enjoyable experience.

No hassle, no pressure, all service, great experience.

I cannot express enough how thankful I am to Gianna for making my decision to to business with Conicelli Hyundai one of the easiest decisions I had to make in the process of buying a car. I've had plenty of experiences dealing with purchasing vehicles at other dealerships and very few, if any, come close to the experience I had here. She was by far the most pleasant, forthright, and courteous sales person I've had the pleasure of doing business with from the initial phone call to the test drive and negotiation through the delivery of the vehicle. I never felt pressured and I feel like she was fair in all she offered and agreed to with the purchase price. She was extremely positive and made sure to treat me like a customer and not just a sale. Her upbeat spirit and knowledge of the car I was purchasing were very welcomed factors in the sale. She also explained about the Conicelli Protection Plan and played out all the items it covers which are likely to prove to be useful to employ. On the day of delivery of the vehicle I was greeted with a smile and friendly conversation following up on things we had discussed during my initial visit. I have to say, she has a lot of personality and while she wants to sell a car to you, she certainly wants to make sure you are buying the car you will be happiest with. Steve was very good humored and offered a very fair value for my trade-in in my opinion. As the vehicle I was buying wasn't going to be ready for a few days he had me hold on to my trade-in as the loaner car. It was a brief interaction but he was personable and obviously wanted to make sure I was happy with the offer. When seeing me inside the dealership a few day laters when I came to pick up my new vehicle he immediately began with a funny joke regarding the trade-in and made sure to shake my hand. John was very easy to work with as well. I was a late arrival on the night of the purchase and he worked with me to thoroughly explain my options in regards to financing and adding on additional warranty options and the Conicelli Protection Plan. Never once did he he come across in a way that made it seem like he was really pressing me to upgrade to any specific plan. When I said I was not interested in something based on the price he respectfully said that he understood came back with a second proposal as just an option but again not being forceful. He was very patient and also extremely fair as he helped me work to a better interest rate and establish a payment plan I can be comfortable with. Overall this was a great experience and if I had to rate this I would say they deserve a 5 star review. I hope everyone can have the experience buying their next car that I did with Gianna, Steve and John. If you are looking for a no pressure, honest, fair and relaxed experience in buying a car, look no further than Conicelli Hyundai.

After you buy car your not valued

I went to get new registration for car. Conocelli had given pendot wrong vin #. I talked to finance manager and told him problem I was having. He responded by saying "what do you expect me to do?" I think that is an ignorant answer and shows a lack of value of customers after purchase. Had to pay fees and measenger fees out of pocket. Because what should I expect from Conocelli ???

2016 sonata owner

Trust worthy dealership

I live in East Falls Pa, and the Conshohocken Hyundai dealership is the closest one to me. I was impressed with the professionism of their staff. They knew their inventory of cars, and all they needed from me was what color would I like. Within minutes they pulled up the car I wanted and I took it for a test drive. I was happy with the ride, but still needed to shop around. I was not happy with the service at the other 2 places I went to, and 2 days later i went back to hyundai and did my first lease with them. I've been very satisfied so far, and would definitely recommend this dealership.

Conicelli Hyundai

I have always had great experience at Conicelli. Everyone is friendly and courteous. No pressure. This is my 2nd leased Hyundai. the 2017 Sonata is wonderful. Tim Mhay, the sales person explained all the improvements and upgrades in the new model. I love it. So happy to do business there.
