Conicelli Autoplex

My parents and I spent an EXTREMELY long amount of time at this dealership. We returned 4 times for up to 3 hours each due to the lack of communication as to what was needed for my trade in, insurance-wise, college reimbursement, and registration. It seemed as if every single employee required different documentation. This is the fourth car my family has bought from Hyundai Conicelli and this was absolutely the most difficult experience we have had thus far. The salesman I worked with, Joe Fina, was very enjoyable and tried to make it as easy as possible; however, there were various Finance Managers all telling him and us different things. Get your staff on the same page. Extremely unprofessional.

Staff was friendly and responsive. They worked with us on the lease payment . They were able to locate the car we wanted quickly . Mike was patient while explaining all the features of the car.

Great service great car-- dealership is great, customer service good. The 2016 Sonata met all of my expectations. It is fabulous car and gets a lot of compliments for the color which is dark Truffle. I will go back to Conicelli for my next lease. Love the sales staff.
