Here's my review: The staff at the Conicelli Dealership is amazing. They make you feel important and they address all your questions. They do not rush you in and rush you out. They let you lead the way. I was not pressured into buying my car. I most of all love the fact they called to see how things was going for me with my new car, not once, not twice but three times. Mr. Kauffman always ends this conversation with" call me anytime you need help with anything regarding your purchase and you can bring the car in if you need asistanace with the features and I'll be glad to help.. keep up the great work and I'll be back to purchase car #3 from Conicelli.

Yusef was a great sales person. He never pressured us and we felt like we made the right decision for the car because WE wanted it, not him pushing us at all. He was a very helpful sales person and i would recommend anyone go see him.

I bought a car from them but I wish I hadn't. The thing is a total lemon, certified "new" my foot. It has been back to them 4 times in 2 months..that's every 2 weeks, folks! And now the check engine light is on and they are not answering their phones!. I went there for a car found on True Car thru AAA. But they kept me there long after lunch and would not let me leave even when I asked. I have a blood sugar problem and was washed out by the time they sent me to the "little room" with all the papers to sign, & the finance guy who gave me the hard sell on things I had said no to already. I wish I'd left when I had the chance,
