Hyundai Sonata Sport

Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was very helpful and patient. While not quite sure what I was looking for, the staff from the salesman to the manager showed me a variety of options meeting the few criteria I had. After I left the dealership without making a final decision, I was pleasantly surprised that I was not bombarded on the phone or email by the staff, inquiring if I had made any sort of choice. A pushy staff can definitely kill a deal, and I didn't feel pressured or pestered to pick a car as soon as possible. A few days later, I arrived at the dealership and drove away in the perfect car I didn't know I was looking for.

Maybe I just had the wrong Sales Person???

I am shocked that they have such a high rating!... Hopefully my cautionary tale prevents my experience from happening to anyone one else. Like many I did some research before going in. I brought my Aunt with me for back up, but asked her to wait for me until I needed her. My primary focus was rate/ cost as I wanted to finance. I wanted very little out of the car as I knew it would be used. Black, SUV, media console with park assist and Nav. He found one, and after some back and forth I was ready to move forward, but then he showed me another car. The rates and prices started to jumble and he kept asking that I stay off my phone (off of their website) and focus on the offer he was going to give me, it was the best deal. He went and got my Aunt out of the waiting area, they started talking about cars for her. He left to show her a car and suggested I call to get info on the insurance on both cars to help with decision making. When he left I was confused. My train of thought now shifted and I had then realized that I had been there for over 3 hours! He came back and said that if I didn't take his deal then we should part as friends, and to have a good night. I was asking him to start over from a place where I understood what was happening and he quietly asked me just to chose the car I like best and that he would draw the paperwork. It was on of those politely hurt you moments. He completes the paperwork with out me and calls me in to sign briefly goes over what I am signing while I struggle to read thoroughly. I caught a mistake! He shrugs and says, "My bad, I knew you would see that, so I'm gonna offer you discount on the warranty pkg, If I have to do this all over again we can just say good night!" *This is when I should have left* I didn't, he said he was the finance specialist and he knew what would and wouldn't work. I believed he had my best interest. I was tired, hungry and ready to leave. He said bye as I got in the car. I drove off only to find out two blocks later that the car had a full screen with no NAV! So I went back to the website to find out if it was just me who did not know how to access it properly - and found out that the asking price was 2k less than what I paid!!! Most likely because it has no Nav! Long story shorter... When I came to return the car for what I asked for he sarcastically asked me, "Did you sign that contract? Did I force your hand?" "It was at my discretion to offer that price and its too late now!" So I politely asked to speak with someone else. There's no way this is happening to me right now. And so he led me to his mgr and sat behind me while his manger- with out asking me what happened. PA state law says no guarantees on cars unless you are over 60! They offered me a free oil change for the car they just gave me and a detailed wash. I sat in that dealership feeling not like a person, but a victim of a first car buying nightmare, as they took 1 hour and 43 mins to detail the car. NEVER AGAIN!

Friendly, Courteous Service

This is our 6th car from Conicelli, the first Hyundai. I love it. Our leasing experience was quick and easy and the price was right. Mike Skrzat, our salesman took just the right amount of time with us, explained the whole transaction. Would highly recommend Mike and Conicelli.

Everyone was very helpful and great to deal with. Leased 2 cars. Love them. As advertised! Will go back again. Gianna & TJ were the best!

Hyundai No.11

Total Package

The original salesman, other sales people, finance manager , woman in service department, Sharon, was able to get the parts needed in good time, keeping me informed as to when parts came in. Steve Fanelli also helpful, saved me time and worry. Good crew.

Efficient and Professional

I was buying my first new vehicle in 15 years knew what I wanted. Both John Innaurato, who sold me the Tucson and John Frederick, who explained the financing were friendly and professional. All in all a great experience!
