No Hassle All Pleasant

We were in the market for a new car and decided to start with a local dealer which was Conicelli Hyundia. When we walked in the showroom, we were greeted by Gianna Maniscalco . Gianna took a lot of time with us test driving and answering our questions - she is a rock star in my book! I highly recommend anyone looking for a Hyundai, Honda, Nissan or Toyota to give Gianna over at Conicelli a shout. Her professionalism, cheery attitude and patience with a car buyer is #1.

Great buying experience!

I was very pleased with Conicelli they worked to get me financed within my budget on the car that I wanted. They have a great team, Lonnso, Mike and Andre who showed all the features to make sure I was comfortable before I drove off. Good work Conicelli!

The worst. Stay away.

I feel compelled to review such shockingly dishonest , rude service. I was lied to and robbed plain and simple. I am shocked to know that places can get away with doing business in this manner. The sales department was all smiles, but the minute I was in service everything changed. I am now forced to drive over 40 minutes to service my car with an honest Hyundai service department.

Leased vehicle

I had to trade my vehicle in early due to my high mileage and the dealership was able to work with me and get me in a new lease same day. They were really nice and the service was fast.

Got the car I wanted at the price I needed.

Minimal haggling, straight to the point pricing. Great salesman. Awesome experience all around. Would definitely recommend friends and family to consider Hyundai as their next vehicle.

WOW!

The first time in my 58 years that I have went to a dealership and not felt uncomfortable or pressured. I went alone without my husband and left with exactly what I wanted. Steve Kauffman was recommended to me and without a doubt, the nicest salesperson I have ever dealt with. I will recommend Conicelli for sure. Everyone was smiling and seemed sincere, the finance person was awesome and never pressured me. Great experience!! So happy with my Elantra.

Great Experiences

Twelve years ago I bought my Honda Element from Conicelli. I was happy with my experience at that time. On 9/30/15, WOW, my experience was better than before. Who knew that Conicelli 's sales team could top the service i had back in 2003. It was hard for me to give up my Element, but today i'm driving a beautiful 2015 Hyundai Sonata. Zachary Smith, thanks for getting the price that i could afford. You were very nice. Matthew Moore, before test driving the Sonata, i was unsure about Hyundai and I was having a hard time making up my mind regarding which car i should buy. Matthew you know your Hyundai's and after test driving the Sonata with you, i was sold. Thanks for making my car buying experience fun.

4th Conicelli Hyundai

Joe has been our guy for 4 sonatas. We like his straight on approach. He is there to fit you with the right vehicle, not stuff you into something you do not want or need. We will be back in 3 years for another Sonata!

Positive buying experience

Worked with Matt Moore, and had a very good experience. He was the perfect level of attentive and helpful without constantly being pushy or in our face. When we had questions, he was quick to get answers and always timely in his responses. Working with Matt made the whole experience positive.
