We bought a car at Conicelli largely because the excellent services provided by Kevin and Andrew: 1. We felt warmly received when we walked into the facility. Most importantly we felt that we were respected as customers, our perspectives were well considered, and our needs were accommodated. 2. Both Kevin and Andrew are very professional and trustworthy. They are very knowledgeable about different models, provided expert review on different options, and are very transparent on the cost elements. 3. It was a day with snow storm. Kevin walked far in the snow and pulled up cars of different colors for us to choose. He is customer-centered and service oriented. He is very effective.

Let me start off by saying I am a loyal nissan customer buy after today, I'm not so sure my next car will be with conicelli. My current car lease has been a disaster. The sales man was rude and hostile and the finance manager had to step in and redirect my father and I to another sales person who, seemed nice at the time. I did the lease memorial day weekend and by the time the paperwork was completed the service department was closed. I was asked to come back to turn in my old key and get my second key for my new car. When I came back my tank was filled by conicelli but, the key was overlooked. So I called and said I'd be back. Months later, due to life, I go back and because an we owe you form, that was filled out before the second sales guy realized the service department was closed, stated they owed me nothing, the general manager basically accused me of lying and trying to scheme another key off conicelli. He said, " as far as I'm concerned we owe you nothing". Great customer service. The sales guy I dealt with no longer works there. The gm barely seemed to want to get up and talk to me. I've had issues with a service department rep heckling me for wearing certain sports teams. There's always an issue. As far as I'm concerned, I'd advise everyone to take their business elsewhere. I'm in customer service and I know how I was treated is not nice or proper.

Salesman was direct, honest, friendly, and extremely helpful in getting me the car I wanted. Gave me a lot of options and was very informative.

I must say my experience with Conicelli Hyundai was EXCELLENT!!!!! The sales person Nate who helped me purchase my vehicle went through loops to get me into a new car. I went in the dealership looking to purchase a pre-certified used car, but ended up with a brand new 2015 Hyundai Sonata and in the color of my choice. Talk about coming into the New Year starting off right! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to have a pleasant and professional experience.

We had a good experience buying a used vehicle from Conicelli. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the used vehicles, and the knowledge of the staff on the used vehicles. Overall we had a very pleasant experience and would return.
