Great people!

I had negotiated the price online and was originally under contract with another dealership. When that fell through, Conicelli was there to match the price on a new Honda CR-V and gave me a much better deal on my trade. While I would tell anybody to do your research and negotiate online, Conicelli's people were a pleasure to do business with at closing. Sales manager Mark and Arlene were very helpful. Definitely a good place to end up, especially on trades.

great! in everyway!

Dimitry was a great help in finding my new car! He walked me through the process and showed me cars that I could afford and that I actually liked. Broke the process down to me and made the experience of being a female buying a new car by myself, pleasant and easy! Thank you!

Outstanding Service once again!

Once again I brought my car in for service at Conicelli Honda and received outstanding customer service. I moved away over a year ago and still take the time to bring my car back to Conicelli because of their thoroughness, their outstanding service, their honesty and their integrity. Anthony was my service rep this time, and Russ took the appointment. Both were wonderful to deal with, as usual. My car was in and out, and everything that was needed to be serviced was explained to me before I approved the service. They even gave me tips to help out small things going forward. I love these guys at Conicelli Honda!

Good experience. Good deal.

Just purchased a 2015 Elantra. I got the deal I wanted and I am pleased with the car. Darryl Smith was my salesman and he was very good.

Experience Match with Perfection way to go Nate S.

I am a first time car buyer and have had the worst experience with another care dealer. I explained what I was looking for and my Sales Person (Nate S.) showed options and then when i saw the vehicle I wanted the process took no longer than an hour for me to sign and drive. He answered all my questions and was patient with me. I like his honesty and straight forwardness with me anything I asked. I would recommend this sales person to everyone. Way to go Nate S.

Great Service

I loved the customer service I received from Conicelli. Nate was prompt and kind. Although our buying process took about 2 days he made me very comfortable with buying from them and also he made me aware of all of my options. Even after I purchased my vehicle nate was still there when I needed a spare key. Thanks for the wonderful service.

You can't go wrong at Conicelli!

Joe Fina was great. He took the time to find me what I wanted and kept me up to date on his progress. He took the time to go over everything with me. I have been dealing with Conicelli for a long time. I purchased my Nissan and my Toyota and, now, two Hyundais from Conicelli. Their Sales Reps are the best. I always bring my cars back to them for service. I waited to buy my first Hyundai until Conicelli bought a Hyundai franchise. I could go to another dealer which is a great deal closer to my home; but I won't. I have found that Conicelli always offers the best - in sales and in service.

Pleasant Experience

John Coyle is the type of salesman I would recommend to anyone. No pressure, no canned sales pitch. Very helpful, patient, answered all my questions and just a very nice man. Lenny in finance also a very nice man. Explained all the financial options in such a way that I could understand. Felt I made an informed decision to purchase the extended warranty. I will definitely return to Conicelli when we are ready for our next vehicle. I just went with my best friend to another Hyundai dealer where she purchased a used Santa Fe. What an uncomfortable experience with the salesman ( no personality, little pushy and not very informative). The price they offered her for her car as a trade-in was downright insulting - needless to say she did not trade it in. She also discovered they had overcharged her on the final order sheet - paperwork had to be done all over. All in all - not a good experience and I would never recommend them. She really wanted to deal with Conicelli after she saw how well things went for me but they did not have the exact vehicle she really wanted - unfortunately this other dealership did.

Repeat Customer!

Conicelli Hyundai is a fantastic place to buy/lease a car. This was my second time dealing with Nate Simon who assisted me with upgrading my Tucson to a Santa Fe. Everything went smooth and Nate was a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to brining my business back to Conicelli and Nate when the time comes.
