Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service. Jose made the appointment under my name. I do not own this vehicle called him and manager. I received message from Jose saying that someone I knew asked for an appointment and that is the number they called from so he made the appointment. I left a message and asked for a return called never got that call. He never removed the appointment from under my name and now I am writing this review. Not the first time this was done scheduled an appointment under my email or phone number. Terrible service and do not return calls.

If you need your vehicle serviced, by all means, take it

If you need your vehicle serviced, by all means, take it to the dealership as they have first rate technicians. Though I am aware of supply chain issues, I was disappointed with the fact that I wasn't kept abreast of my vehicle's status by my service advisor until I initiated the telephone call(s). Additionally, I was unable to utilize all the coupons provided to me from the dealership's website (Mopar related) to receive additional discounts for the services rendered. Though provided with the comforts of security, I can see why patrons utilize alternative means such as secondary maintenance centers to service their vehicles, to avoid the hassles, inconvenience and discomforts associated with mainstream dealerships.

Perhaps that opportunity will arrive the next time I’m in need service. Although I’m sure management has changed throughout the years, this is my second bad experience with your service location as on a previous with my then Dodge Magnum, the service technician lost my wheel lock which was an inconvenience. Thank you for your prompt response; it’s greatly appreciated.
