Jeep Service Department Success

Brought in my son's low mileage 2014 Wrangler for scheduled service and oil change. Timing, responsive and service were great but the prices were a little high - even for a dealership... They also 'offered' to provide an oil and fuel additive for the Jeep - but not too aggressively. The staff, Matt and Jesus specifically, were friendly and professional throughout the process. We will be back and we will keep AutoNation as the service department of choice for the Jeep.

Great service

Took my Gladiator for an oil change and because the sunvisors were breaking off from the hinge. They placed an order for me and called me when they were ready. Install was quick!

Terrible customer service and disorganized

Each and every single time I come here its a terrible experience. They tell you it will be 1-2 hours and that turns into 6-7. They tell you they?ll call when your car is ready and they never do, you have to end up calling them. This has happened to me several times. Now I dropped my car off around 11am and they said it should take about am hour but I know that was a lie so I caught an Uber ride and waited for them to call me. I did not get a call back until around 5pm. When I arrived they told me to take my ticket to the valet. She then said she could not find my keys and that the mechanic had it. After several more minutes of waiting the clueless staff members told me THAT THE MECHANIC LOCKED MY KEYS IN HIS PERSONAL LOCKER AND HAD LEFT HOME FOR THE DAY!!! They also told me he refused to come back and I would have to come back tomorrow morning. Which I?m sure will be another set of issues because this place is incredibly disorganized, unprofessional and completely clueless. I have a dodge challenger and its been nothing but a horrible experience dealing with the people at dodge particularly autonation dodge of pembroke pines. I will not becoming here again because its always an issue here and I would recommend anyone with a jeep, dodge or chrysler to go anywhere else but here for car maintenance. If you have to go to one of their dealerships because your car is under warranty or you have the maintenance care package I would at least recommend going to another dealership besides the autonation dodge of pembroke pines. While I was waiting I also spoke to several other customers who also had terrible experiences with this place. I would not recommend coming here to anyone and when I do decide to get a new car it definitely will not be from autonation dodge, jeep or chrysler of pembroke pines.
