This is the first Toyota we have bought much less the first "foreign" vehicle we have purchased and upon arrival to the dealership, we were greeted by our sales professional Chad. Chad was incredibly knowledgeable and his experience is what prevailed in our visit to the store. He gathered all of the information we were willing to share, he was not aggressive, he was professional with my family and was able to put a deal together to make things happen. Chad was very accommodating and treated us as if we were coming over for dinner in his house. The dealership is one like no other place, we have bought from a number of other dealerships and they are marginal at best. Big Two Toyota is very clean, kid friendly and the delivery area was very impressive; indoors and air conditioned under great lighting; almost like buying a car right out off of the phoenix car show floor. Thank you to April, Chad's manager, for working with us and providing exceptional customer service. Thank you all for your help and such a great car buying experience!

Wasted My Day
Came in to pick up a used car to take to my mechanic for a quick inspection. Set the time for the pick up at 11:00 am. The internet manager wasn't even ready, kept me waiting for 40 minutes. When I finally went to find him he was no where to be found. Asked, no one seemed to want to find him or get someone else to assist me. Finally, after nearly an hour of being jerked around by these clowns, I left the dealership. Two hours later, the sales associate calls me and blasts me for not coming in. I said, what planet are you even on? You my dear lady weren't even there and your internet manager did a disappearing act. So, up yours! I went to Tempe Toyota and was treated GREAT. Big Two, your a Big Fat ZERO.

Don't come here if you don't have perfect credit!
Went to Big 2 Toyota on June 13 to see if we can get a car for my niece and her family who just arrived from the Philippines on work relocation. Since they don?t have any credit history yet, they are willing to put up to 50% downpayment. I was taken to Brian Mouffe?s office (the Finance Director). When we entered his office, he was on his cell phone texting. Mr. Mouffe didn?t even shake my hand or at least acknowledge my presence. He just talked to the salesperson (while still texting on his cell phone) and said, ?There?s nothing we can do for them. They can pay cash or get a co-signer?. Totally uncalled for! Very rude and unprofessional. We left his office and he was still texting!!! We went to San Tan Hyundai and was able to secure a pre-owned car with a 50% downpayment. I would not recommend Big 2 Toyota to family and friends. That experience was probably the worst I?ve even been treated. I felt humiliated and unappreciated! Stay away from this place if you don?t have perfect credit or at least don?t talk to Brian Mouffe?he will treat you like you are a waste of his time!

We've had our Venza for almost 4 years. We've chosen Toyota Chandler originally for location; but since going there, we have enjoyed good service. We started with a Joe (very good service representative), then Jesus (also very good) and now Spencer (GREAT service rep). On a regular 50,0000 miles service check typically about $70 dollars they found I had blown a strut and the other back one was weak (or cracked). Of course to say I was frustrated would barely describe my feelings. Spencer then took me into the garage area and SHOWED ME the evidence. He did not pressure us to fix immediately but did state before driving for a long distance since we had just purchased new tires it would be to our benefit to repair as soon as possible. Since this is our one good vehicle we know we need to keep up with the maintenance. We returned one week later to have struts replaced. Spencer made arrangement to have a rental car available which I needed for work and important errands. He also had my repairs completed or the mechanics had the work completed before 5 pm same day. The quality of the work and the price are the only 2 items we did not give a 5-Great rating because we were not prepared to put out that amount of money and the quality still remains to be seen; but we did get a lifetime warranty on the struts, which is GREAT. Spencer was very professional. He was compassionate with OUR situation. His personal attention will continue our loyalty to Chandler Toyota. Thanks for training and picking employees whose sincerity seems genuine. God bless, Art and Gloria Contreras

On June 13, we went to Big 2 Toyota of Chandler along with my niece’s family who just arrived from the Philippines 2 days earlier as a result of a work relocation for her husband who is an engineer. They were looking to purchase a car that can provide basic transportation needs for them and their 2 year-old daughter. When we arrived at the dealership, I immediately laid out to our salesperson, Mike Thibodeau, my niece’s situation regarding credit history. We waited in the lobby while he goes and talk to someone in the Finance department. After a few minutes, Mike came back and took me to the office of the Finance Director, Brian Mouffe. When we entered Brian’s office he was on his cell phone texting. Mike, introduced me and briefly explained our situation. Brian, continued texting and never even looked up to acknowledge my presence. All he said (while still texting) was, “there’s nothing we can do for them, they can pay cash or find a co-signer”. All that time while we were in his office, Mr. Mouffe did not bother to stop even for a couple of seconds and acknowledge my presence! When we left his office, he was still on his cell phone texting! For a brief moment there, I thought Mr. Mouffe was rude and very unprofessional. That was probably the worst treatment I ever received as a customer. I felt humiliated and unappreciated! Mr. Mouffe’s demeanor made me feel like we were wasting his time and that he can’t get rid of us fast enough knowing that they probably won’t make any money from us. We left that dealership feeling disgusted and vowed not to ever return and to make sure our family, friends, and co-workers know how we were treated at that dealership!!! We went to San Tan Hyundai, and they treated us with respect and sincerely tried to help us. My niece put an $8,000 downpayment on a $17,000 pre-owned Sonata. The interest rate was a little high but they understand that they have to bite the bullet until they can build a solid credit history. They were happy and we truly appreciate the great customer service this dealership extended to us! To the salesperson’s credit at Big 2 Toyota, Mr. Mike Thibodeau has been very professional and treated us kindly. Thank you. BIG 2 TOYOTA HAS JUST BEEN ENTERED TO OUR FAMILY’S LIST OF WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
