Our 2nd purchase with Jonathan at Big Two. No chance I would work with anyone else. Communication is great, he’s fair, works hard to get the buyer a fair deal and makes the process as seamless as possible. Bought a new Camry a couple of weeks ago and was in and out if dealership in 56 minutes because Jonathan was proactive in doing as much as possible before we arrived. Highly recommend!

Took 5 hours just for an oil change.
Took 5 hours just for an oil change. Came 10am and said it might take a couple of hours. Offered a lyf ride. Called after two hours and said it was not done yet. Called again around 2pm and Derek Price said could be done before 3 pm. Went there before 3 and still waited 30 mintues. When asked what took so long, the service manager just said, because it's Sat. What's the point of scheduling an appointment when it is not follow the least miminum time. 5 hours for an oil change is just ridiculous! Now I am not even sure if the oil change really done. I usually don't make bad reviews but I just can't pass this one!

Great experience purchasing my first car. It was stress free and I had zero doubts by the end of the purchase, thanks to Jonathan Granholm. Very attentive to the customers wants and made the process simple and easy, I would 100% recommend him when buying your new car.

The best buying experience.
The best buying experience. I was interested in a Toyota Camry 2025 and had certain things in mind I wanted my new vehicle to have. I was contacted by Johnathan Granholm the next day and asked me what car I was interested and I was immediately give a few choices until I came across the one that I wanted. I came in the next day as I was going to trade my previous 2015 Toyota Camry they appraised and then when everything else was checked I made a deposit to reserve my car that was still needing to arrive at the dealership. After a month it arrived and the entire process to buying the car was smooth and easy. He was even nice enough to go through all the car features with me so I knew how to work it. I left happy with my Camry. I would definitely recommend seeing Johnathan Granholm for your next car purchase.

We waited 4.
We waited 4.5 hours and our car was still 5 cars out from going in for a simple change. We were told another 3 hours! Had a 10am appointment. We asked for our car back and left. Do not waste your time at this place.

The service manager Scott really stepped up to help me out when I had an issue so before you leave angry ask for Scott and give home a chance he may surprise you. Five stars all day.
