Above and beyond Service

Matt K in the service department went above and beyond during my last service visit. He was able to source two hard to find parts as well as working with BMW's warranty department for the cost of the repair. He called me weekly to advise me on the part status and was always willing to listen to my complaints. I highly recommend this dealership for service.

Excellent Service

Each time I have my car serviced at Chapman BMW (Chandler AZ), it is a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I always go through ANDY RUMMELL, the service agent I've dealt with since I bought my X-1. He's attentive, helpful, friendly, and, most importantly, he is thoroughly knowledgable. I give 5 stars to Chapman and 5 stars to ANDY RUMMELL.

Recent 740Li Purchase

I recently purchased an off lease 740Li. I didn't have any history or service records on the car so I contacted the Chapman service rep, Tony DiSalvo, for my previous BMW, Tony scheduled the car for a service/history review but also took the time to explain many of the new technology features on the 740Li. He saved me enormous time not having to spend hrs reading and researching the owners manual. I can't say enough about his customer focus behaviors.

It's always a good experience

I just purchased my second BMW from Chapman last night, and once again, I left happy. Mike Boehm and the team of folks at Chapman make the entire experience as personal and as easy as possible. I know that when I'm ready to make another purchase, the first person I'll call is Mike and I know that he'll be working with a great team to help me find what I want. Thanks all!

BMW disappointed

Our mechanic told us that the problem we were experiencing was on an extended warranty. He had contacted BMW and was told that. We took it to Chapman and we're told no it wasn't and they would charge us for it. Our mechanic said Chapman would probably rather get the money from us rather than bmw. So we paid the 149.99 for the diagnosis to Chapman's and are going back to our mechanic to have it foxed. I'm deeply disappointed in Chapman.

A great experience at Chapman BMW

We just purchased a BMW 4 series from Chapman BMW. Our salesman Mike Boehm was fantastic - working with us to get the perfect car. No high pressure - just knowledgeable and helpful. It was really a great experience.

A truly excellent experience

I would like to mention that our experience with Chapman BMW in chandler was just perfect. I had looked at the cars online and we went in without an appointment. Ryan Dorfman who had spoken to me earlier met us and introduced us to Peter Cramer who took care of us till the end. We left with an amazing car and a truly good value for what we got. Peter made sure we were well informed and understood the options we had. So far we love our new car. Also, our 6 year old was very excited. It was his first car buying experience and Peter made sure that he had a great time and was part of the process. We have two BMWs now and we look forward to enjoying our cars for years to come. In short I highly recommend buying from Chapman BMW.
