The dealership itself is nice, however you're only as good as your people. The overall experience was good as far as purchasing of our vehicle but short lived once we wanted help after we bought the car. Particularly Jason Penny! This guy is bad news and avoid him at all costs, you'll have a much better 'after' the sale experience. Trust us!

I was very surprised that the dealership continues to employ Jason Penny. To sum this guy up, he truly is a 'rotten' egg for after sales care.
Not trustworthy.
Not trustworthy. They offered a third party warranty as if it were a BMW warranty (it isn't). They manipulated the numbers so the discounts I was to receive were not applied. When I asked for a detailed receipt for my purchase I was told they were very busy and they would get it to me. Almost two months later...nothing. And now they won't even reply to my queries. They also did an appalling job on the window tinting. They are shady and I warn anyone dealing with them to go elsewhere.

Avoid this dealership. Cost me the $3750 clean vehicle tax credit. Sales person and sales manager, Steven Foster just refused to submit the paperwork. They did not even look into it until it was well past the deadline. They don't care about their customers. Go somewhere else to save the headache.

I completely reject this response. The dealership took over 5 months to finally submit the proper documentation to the IRS. This was 2 months past the deadline of 2/15/2024. I asked them to submit the documentation 3 times in 2023 and they absolutely refused to do so in a timely manner. I also called Shane personally, and he never returned my phone call.

First of all, let’s talk about how rude, and belittling, and condescending some of the staff are. They are not friendly or customer service oriented team, and are very unprofessional in regard’s to their attitude and the way they interact and speak with their customers! I purchased a a bmw 750i and was specifically told multiple times that my loan could not be approved without the purchase of the extended warranty. The finance manager went over all the rates and packages and paperwork. He explained that the warranty was for 3 years and cost an extra 200$ plus dollars a month additional added to my monthly note. Which was far over the monthly amount I was expecting to pay. So, obviously my main concern and questions would be WHAT???? Of course it would be what happens after the 3 year warranty is expired. Because for me that was a dealbreaker, and he knew it! But I guess it was the 7k$ cash sitting right there that convinced him to blatantly flat out lie and proceed to go into full detail and written explanation and mathematical breakdown of how much my loan amount and monthly payment would decrease after 3 years once the warranty expired. Which if you think about it actually sounds logical considering that you are purchasing the agreement that is added into your loan contract amount, and if you don’t know how this actually works, then you are perfect bait for the sharks! So after waiting 3 years and anticipating this reduction to my monthly payments, all of a sudden that was never told or shown to me at the time of purchase…This man in the financial department has been caught in SEVERAL LIES over the last few years of me having to contact him about certain situations that have occurred during the duration of my contract. Then they want to talk to you like you are stupid and especially if you are a female. I also see some bias racial tension between the interactions and communication differences! Thats a whole other issue for later on top of the deceptive business practices and constant lies. I was definitely scammed and the financial advisor told me fraudulent information in order for sales. So, now I’m stuck with that high monthly rate that already had 200$ plus dollars extra a month added to the original purchase price, not only that! But, NOW I’m supposed to purchase a new warranty that cost 350$ added to that, 3 years later!!! WOW! Really?? So that’s over 1200$ month..BEWARE and look out for false advertising and misleading information that the finance department fraudulently used to manipulate and influence people to buy.

It's a shame that I have to write a negative review
It's a shame that I have to write a negative review regarding the employees' at Chapman BMW in Chandler, AZ. We purchased an EV from them and initially, their helpfulness was outstanding. But, after the ink dried on the contracts and we received our new car, all support ended. I had an issue with the "myBMW" app, so I left 3-4 voicemails for Steve Burgess, whom we purchased our car through, 4 voicemails for Victor in their BMW Genius division, but we received absolutely no return calls. After 2-months, I called the store manager named Ferris, who promised he'd follow up with me after discussing the no-response issue with the other involved parties. Well, he never returned my call. Now, I am contacting Chapman's corporate headquarters along with BMW USA. AVOID CHAPMAN BMW, THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL.
