Tom came to my home in a very timely manner and programmed my garage door opener to my car. He was friendly and very helpful with other questions I had also. I am very pleased with this dealership.

Roger Farney was very helpful through email. He linked us to the type of Cadillac we were interested in and followed up with timely email and phone responses. When we visited the dealership, Bill Jurczak could not have been more helpful. He did not pressure us at any time and provided all information we requested as well as information on the vehicle we eventually purchased as well as the warranty. He arranged to have the vehicle detailed before we took possession which was excellent. Debbie Niles very efficiently completed the financial paperwork and clearly explained each paper needing a signature. We returned a couple of days later after the weekend to pick up the vehicle and Bill was there to help us with everything. Bill was an excellent person with which to deal regarding purchase of a newer Cadillac. He would have been just as helpful if we had not purchased. Bill asked us to call him if we had any questions or needed any information regarding the vehicle or warranty.

This was my first purchase from Coulter; bought a 2012...

This was my first purchase from Coulter; bought a 2012 Buick Lacrosse. I am happy with the quality of the car. I hate buying cars and I hate being with car dealers - sorry, but 50 years of car buying history produced that. My experience with Coulter was excellent from initial contact [internet] through purchase and driveaway. John Harrell was a comfortable and professional sales presence throughout the process, which we accomplished in little over 24 hours. Mike Kemp made the tedious financial side move quickly, yet with attention to detail. I will direct friends and business associates to John and Coulter. Both Debbie Niles and Dureen Olson were very professional...

Both Debbie Niles and Dureen Olson were very professional and knowledgable. They made sure we were completely comfortable with the details of the sales transaction and the 2012 GMC Terrain we purchased. Debbie was an expert in completing the paperwork and Dureen was an expert at showing us all of the Terrain's bells and whistles! Both of these women are so qualified and I will refer them to anyone wanting a new/used vehicle.

Today I purchased my 2nd car from Coulters Cadillac and I had just the most enjoyable experience , just like I did the first time ! Deborah Niles worked with me again ( just love her ! )as well as Dureen this time & they both outdid themselves to make sure that I got everything I wanted! Great price and a great interest rate also......they always give more than 100% and I'll will be coming back when this one's paid off for a new car again ! Thanks Coulters !!! :)
