From the minute I walked in to the dealership I was...

From the minute I walked in to the dealership I was greeted with a smile by Jeff and made to feel at home. We walked the lot looking for the car I wanted and established a good rapport. When I was ready to buy he had Paul get involved and Paul made things happen quickly--which I liked. Finally Rick handled the financing easily and quickly too. I got what I wanted and am looking forward to driving my new car.

Since 1998 I have purchased 8 vehicles from Coulter...

Since 1998 I have purchased 8 vehicles from Coulter Cadillace--7 Cadillacs and 1 Oldsmobile. The main reason I keep coming back to Coulter is due to the incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, personable and dedicated salesperson, Dureen Olson. Notwithstanding the exceptional quality of the Cadillac product, and the fine management and operation of the Coulter Cadillac dealership, Ms. Olson is the primary reason I choose to do business with Coulter. She is outstanding in understanding what the customer wants and clearly explaining the choices in vehicles, options, financing, etc. to make the buying process as easy as posssible. I have NEVER been disappointed in the total customer service provided by Dureen. I plan to remain a customer of Coulter Cadillac for many years to come.

This is a little late but wanted to add this , I...

This is a little late but wanted to add this , I purchased my car in October the Salesman Derek was great it all started out in back and forth emails and then I had a chance to get into see him. Everything was pretty simple and straight forward I was in at 9am out buy around 1pm in my new car.. The one part of the fianance that I didn't care for was the extended warranty I felt that was a little pressured and I ended up buying something that I didn't feel that I should have.. Anyways not to much longer after buying the vehicle I really didn't care for the car, it was about a month and a half maybe.. Anyways I contacted Derek told him what I wanted to do and that I was not happy in the vehicle and wanted out and into something else... Well I gave him an email with the vehicle that I wanted and asked him to see what he could do.. So I waited.......and waited..... yep still waiting.. I left a few more emails that he never replied to , a few phone calls that he never returned etc... well I finally got him and he assured me that he could help and we could do something and he appoligized said he was busy etc etc etc... well as of today 12-26-2012 he has never contacted me back again ever... A week before this email I went to Bill Luke Dodge and traded the car in for the same exact car that I asked Derek to help me to obtain.. If you rated me today I would give you a (1) on everything except price thats a (4)I will never do business with Coulter Cadillac again, I should have just went back to Bill Luke in the first place, I have always had a solid deal with them and they are a great and easy company to deal with that keeps a promise when they say they are going to help...

The problem with trading into another car, was that the car you were interested-in, belonged to one of our other dealerships, and we had difficulty obtaining it. No nonsense dealership. Large selection of cars, up front with the price, agressive and fair pricing. Very agreeable sales person and finance person. Things were exactly as stated in advance. No surprises. I do not understand why my comments have to exceed 25 words. My experience with Coulter has been expedient. This should be too.

This was the best experience we have ever had buying a new car, I usually don,t go with him together a new car cause it takes hours and hours and this time it was straight out .. Told her what we wanted, how much and the first offer was right on.

I have known Allen Hall on a casual basis for several...

I have known Allen Hall on a casual basis for several years. If you know Allen you know he is in automobile sales. He is a professional and proud of the service he provides. When my old car quit and was uneconomical to repair, I wen to Allen at Coulter Cadillac. I gave him a summary as to what I wanted and some financing targets I had in mind. Allen ask a few clarifying questions and took me to the new car storage area. He showed me three different vehicles which met my criteria. After I selected the car I wanted, we went to Allen's office and worked out the price and financing arrangements with the help of Paul Glans. Due to a scheduling problem on my part I could not take delivery of the vehicle for a couple of days. Allen made arrangements so that I was not out of a car for this period of time. Allen listened to what I wanted and did not try to upgrade me or try to sell me something I was not interested in. The whole experience was hassle free, pleasant and I got what I wanted on my terms. I drove away happy in a new GMC Terrain. I highly recommend Allen Hall if you are interested in a new car. Paul Glans works well as a team member with Allen on the pricing and financing details.

I had to take my Escalade in for service and body work....

I had to take my Escalade in for service and body work. My service consultant, Rich Garrick arranged for a courtesy car while the body work was being done. Seth Greenwood at the body shop was very courteous and efficient in dealing with my insurance company and getting the body work done in less than the time estimated. I have found the folks I have dealt with at Coulter to be friendly, courteous and helpful. Great Dealership!
