Our experience with Earnhardt Cadillac was exceptional starting with Harlee Roberts with online sales, Mike Strictland sales agent and concluding with Tobey Bates in finance. My Red Cadillac XT4
I had been looking for a red Cadillac XT4 for a couple of months when I found one online at Earnhardt Cadillac. I called the dealership and talked to Anthony. He was awesome to work with and put together a great deal for me! He knew I had to travel quite a distance to get my car so he had all the paperwork together and ready to go when I arrived. Once the paperwork was all signed, he sat with me in my new car and helped me set stuff up and gave me an orientation to all of the buttons before sending me off. Traveling to pick up my car made for a long day but it was really worth it. I love my new Cadillac!

Earnhardt Cadillac is great! But it's the people like...
Earnhardt Cadillac is great! But it's the people like Brandon that make it great. I had an emergency on the 16th of December brought my XT4 over and Brandon was able to get my vehicle looked at ASAP. Turned out the problem was minor, but once again Brandon was on top of it and settled my nerves. Thank you Brandon.

After 11 years experience with Earnhardt, I have established a feeling of total respect and trust in the the sales and service I have received. I have had the good fortune of working with my Service Advisor, Mario Coronado, for about 10 of those years . He is excellent. I have never had a problem with a car that he hasn't been able to analyze and correct ... all with courtesy and good humor!
