Over all a good one

Jason was great. Maybe inform the other sales guys to move around and actually ask customers if they need help instead of just standing around.

Buyer

I buy my car from this location In Peoria. And I have to say I was very pleas with all the help ,in all the aspects of what means to buy a new car . I was in the situation with the bankruptcy and I need a lot of help I never knew was the process when you are in the bankruptcy in order to get into a car even if you are in the situation so I went to Toyota in Peoria and they just hep me right away we sit down I explained in my situation and they said yes we ready to help you . Very professional they answer to all my questions they put on the table all my options. Special thanks to Stacy Stauffer. She was very knowledgeable and professional . Great personality easy to talk she listen to what kind of car I want she works very hard and thanks to her I do have a great car now . Thank you Stacy. I will recommend Stacy for anybody who wants to have a good experience when you buy a car .

Great experience!

Rick Zamora was the BEST! He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Answered all of my questions being a first time buyer. He even sat with me in my new car and taught me how to work the features! He gave me a great deal and gave excellent service! I would totally buy another car from him again, in fact, he was so great that my parents bought a new car from him literally 2 days after I bought mine! He was the nicest, most humble person I ever worked with and I couldn't ask for anyone better. He didn't influence my decision in any way and made sure I got what I truly wanted (big win!).Thank you Rick for everything! I am in love with my new car!! Also, I can't remember the name of the finance guy, but he was amazing too!

Exciting day!

Everything was explained carefully from the paperwork to the electronics in the car. The salesmen were very polite and helpful. This is my second car from this dealership.

Excellent, pressure free staff

Excellence at its best

I was in a corner with a check engine light on my trade in. My sales person and team walked me through the entire journey! They even fed me lunch while waiting. I wasn’t there all day either! And they found me a loan that fit my budget!
