Great Experience!

Manny Ramirez

After 5 hr with the salesperson pio and quin the deal was maid we went to financing to sign the papers and we noticed that the gap insurance was missing we asked what happened with the gap renne the financing person did not know so he went and asked, Manny the manager came in we explained that the gap is a must have he left to talk to David after he returned his response was this is it take it or leave so we got up and left. The next morning quin called and made thinks right we ended up returning and purchasing the car the only reason we returned is because the steps that quin took to make thinks right. In all my years of buying cars I have never been so insulted by a manager he has no customer service he did not even tried to help he walked in and asked us to leave. The only reason you got 100% is because of quin and pio going above and beyond to make the deal happen.

Amazing experience

Larry Miller Toyota is absolutely amazing! I felt very welcome as soon as I walked in and I was greeted by George Henderson. He walked me though every step of the process and was patient while I decided what I wanted. I test drove multiple vehicles and he was so happy to help me. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Other staff in customer service and finance were also very helpful. I love my vehicle and for that I am thankful for Larry Miller Toyota and its staff. Thank you!

Best car buying experience ever

My sales rep, George Henderson was so easy to work with. He gave me a great deal on my trade-in and made the whole process of buying a new car enjoyable. He never pressured me and I was very happy with the outcome. It was the first time I left a dealership feeling like I had been treated fairly. I give George 5 stars. I’ll be recommending him to my friends.

Amazing and honest

George Henderson was our salesman on a couple of vehicles. There is a reason we went back thim the second time and why we recommend anyone to him. He's not pushy, he is down to earth, and very honest/real about the sale. The dealership overall is great!
