Not what I expected, I have purchased numerous Ford vehicles from this dealer and over the years never had any problem with the dealership. My daughter brought her truck in to have them work on the radio system that is not functioning properly. The truck was there on first thing Friday the third, AM. My daughter who drives this vehicle called twice to see if they had found out what the problem was and never got a return call. The third call on a Sunday and she talked to a fellow in the department who said they had not even had a chance to look at the vehicle and he had no idea when they would get to the truck. I took her to the dealer on Monday morning and she picked up the truck. She was not happy with the conversation because the fellow she talked to could care less he was busy and could not even look at the problem. This is not the dealer I purchased a number of cars from it was always helpful and friendly something has changed. I am sorry I guess we will need to find another Ford dealer.

Tiffany was my service advisor and she was awesome. This was my first visit to Scottsdale Auto Nation BUT definitely not my last. The work I had done on my vehicle was very well done. All of the employees were very friendly and extremely helpful. All areas of the building and grounds were so clean and orderly. I am kicking myself for not visiting Scottsdale Auto Nation sooner.

Called about a problem with my Ford Escape.
Called about a problem with my Ford Escape. I was told to bring it right in. Tiffany, my service advisor took my information and said I could wait. Putting my car in between other appointments I was called a bit later and was informed as to my problem. I okayed the repairs and about an hour later the car was done. Great service.
