I've been buying and leasing cars from this dealership since the 90's. (back when Lou Grubb owned) I've known and worked with Kevin Morgan all this time. (pay him whatever he wants he is the best advisor I've known in my 40+ yrs of car buying). You have a major problem with help and time of service. I waited 3 weeks for a routine oil change and needed a 60K maintance. Other problems were found and loss use of my vehicle for a week. I know a lot of businesses are hurting for help but I'll probably go elsewhere for maintance. Its very frustrating given over the years and all the business I given this dealership (from mid 90's my company leased 3 cars every 3 years and I have personally purchased several more) it's sad and frustrating that this is where we are currently at. This is no knock on Kevin. If you are smart everyone should be like Kevin. Have good day

So far nothing I have had done there was done correctly.
So far nothing I have had done there was done correctly. My gas milage dropped after a recall, Taking the truck to another dealership restored the gas milage. Even parts ordered never came or I was never notified so when I returned 6 months later the warranty didn't cover it. When I tried to buy a vehicle from them they never followed through and I had to get it somewhere else.
