My experience with auto nation was the easiest I have

My experience with auto nation was the easiest I have ever had , the truck I was interested in was waiting for me when I arrived at the dealership . I felt I got a fair trade on my old car and they took care of all my concerns on the new vehicle.

Bought a vehicle on a weekend but had to wait for wire

Bought a vehicle on a weekend but had to wait for wire transfer to clear before taking possession of the car. Dealer promised to deliver car once funds cleared. Didn’t hear a word from the dealer after the sale, I had to follow up for status. And when I did follow up, getting info was like pulling teeth. In the end, dealer wouldn’t deliver the car. Overall a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Car is great though, too bad the dealer experience wasn’t.

Sales staff were friendly and helpful. I went to talk with a sales associate that wasn't available right away but another associate was very helpful in my search of the lot for a particular vehicle. After finding the vehicle of interest, we started the paperwork. The sales associate I went to meet was soon available and we finished the sale. No high pressure tactics.

I purchased a 2024 Mustang Mach E.

I purchased a 2024 Mustang Mach E. The sales representative was a nice guy. However, he knew nothing about the vehicle he was selling. Since I purchased an EV, I asked them to start charging it as much as possible. They handed me the vehicle with 32%. And when I asked where I could charge it up, they were clueless. The Finance Director (who owned a similar model) was a little more helpful, but provided me fairly unreliable information. I did enough research to understand what I was getting myself into, but when I went into Finance the the employee literally lied to my face about why I should purchase the warranties. I can understand not knowing how something works, but lying doesn't fly with me. Google regenerative braking.

For being my first time buying a car, it was fairly easy
