Very very busy!
This was a very very very busy shopH!! It was the VERY FIRST shop I had visited when I had a "factory recall" that they were unable to provide me with a rental car when taking my vehicle from opening till closing! What a disappointment in customer service!!

Oil change, 10 year inspection.
Moore Chrysler Jeep is an exemplary organization that has met or exceeded my expectation for 10+ years. I was dealt with fairly and honestly during the sales process as well as afterward when I changed my mind about two significant items: tires and roof options. My service supervisor for the entire 10-years is the same person, Mik Harrington. It says something about a dealership to have a longtime advisor such as Mike. Moreover. I trust Mike entirely with my needs. The dealership evolves overtime to meet customer needs such as email confirmation for scheduled maintenance visitations etc...

Jeep Compass not communicating with UConnect
My Jeep Compass had stopped communicating with Mopar UConnect. Aaron, my service writer bailed me out with a loaner vehicle for the day while restoring the connection...all is good now and they washed my Jeep prior to pick up.

Dirty Cars and Hidden fees
Looked at three cars and all were very dirty. Was told they are not cleaned until someone purchase the car and then they tack on a $900 fee to process and clean the vehicle. When asked about lowering the price he compared purchases car to purchasing from a grocery store and was rude. When I left he retrieved his manager to “save me” and was told to purchase a car somewhere else.

Excellent service.
Service maintenance showed problems with the differential. Warranty coverage took care of it. Mike, however made the difference between the usual nightmare and a hassle-free experience.
