Took a vehicle in for a recall issue, and for a secondary concern. Both the recall and the secondary concern were take care of effectively and efficiently. If the experience ended there it would have been a five star rating. However, while there, the people servicing the car disconnected the window control unit. (Liberty - center console) When they were informed of it, they hastily snapped it back together - and now the driver side front window doesn’t work. Their response was “not our problem, we didn’t do anything with the windows.” I get it; it’s an older car, it has its issues, stuff happens, and sometimes things get broken. Just frustrated because of the response and the fact that we now have another problem (where there wasn’t one before).

I explained my situation what I’m trying to accomplish salesperson talked it over with manager I received a call back from salesperson said they could make something happen I showed up I was given various options on vehicles I was able to narrow it down to a new car which was better than my expectation and drove off satisfied with the deal they put together for me

When I first went to the dealership I was given a very nice warming greeting along with the best deals. All of the staff that helped me wanted to get me the best deal

My salesman Roy was very helpful and patient while I was looking and test driving. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted and he let me drive 5 different cars, wasn't pushing me toward and specific vehicle. Let me look at new and used suggested different models and really took time with me. Evan was great with the paperwork side and worked some numbers to get me a much better interest rate by adding onto the warranty saved me money over the term on the loan. I'm terrible with names but I'm pretty sure it was Spencer who was able to drop the price on the Jeep and give me a little more trade in to make the one I picked work for my budget. Over all great car buying experience

This is the second time I have chosen to come to This dealership very happy with the service that was provided Aaron explain my car auto insurance & what was cover for my auto.

Aaron was very helpful getting our warranty work done with no issues. Everything was completed quickly and they were honest about the issues with our car.

The service department did what they said they would in the time frame they said they would. I had an important appointment that I had to make and they got everything done on time to make my appointment.
