Great 1st experience!
A few days ago, 12/29/18, our battery went dead while the instrument panel went crazy as everything completely died. I looked up the nearer Chrysler dealership/service centers, checked ratings, chose Moore Chrysler-Jeep, called and spoke to Aaron. He gave me good advice how to get the rear hood released to get a new battery. We had to call AAA anyway. Our 2014 Chrysler 300C got jumped and then the throttle icon started blinking. Our AAA driver said he'd call in a flatbed. I called Moore Chrysler - Jeep and the lady who answered asked me to do a writeup and to have the driver drop it all into Moore's night envelope. The next morning Aaron called, I faxed him our receipt showing the new battery I paid for 7 months ago. Aaron calls a few hours later telling me my car is ready with a new battery and took care of a recall item I was aware of. What, ready, same day on a Friday just after Christmas and just before New Year's? And, at no cost! Do I recommend Moore's Chrysler-Jeep? Yes! With all great customer service, they are highly thought of and they've made me an ongoing customer. Also, a high five for getting their shuttle to bring me to pick up my car even though I was a little ways out from their regular shuttle area. Their driver was a pleasure, very nice person.

Unsatisfactory
Took 3 days to determine the problem ... Did not even do a test just replaced the battery and did not even check to note that it was under warranty

Great Buying Experience
Two day process, on purpose. Drove night before, no pressure, no hassle, just a thanks for stopping by. Quite a change from previous experiences most dealerships present. Returned next morning ready to negotiate. Their first attempt was very close to my numbers, let them know and the second paencil was done in a flash. I was pre approved through USAA; was in and out of finance quickly and on my way. Total time from arrival to departure was less than 3.5 hours. Jay, although new, wasn’t pushy and let me drive the deal. Spence, manager, was pretty straight forward, not pushy or really playing any games; just wanted to get a deal done that satisfied both parties.

Great
When my family and I walked into the dealership, we were greeted outside. First thing we were asked needing any assistance or having something to drink. Didn’t feel pressured, felt comfortable and professional mannerisms. Our sailor knew a lot of information about the car we’re looking for he gave us a tour. My family really felt safe and secure.

Rude service and wasted my time
The service associates were more interested in seeing who could jump higher and touch the bay door than help customers. I had an 8am appointment and at 4pm received a call stating they had forgot to call the warranty department and they had closed and to pick up my car. Appalling service and I would go as far to recommend everyone avoid this place

Tire repair
Quick service. Thorough and polite. Fixed and I was out the door!! Jake is the best service guy in town!!!!! He takes care of all our vehicles and is the most knowledgeable associate we have encountered.
