Repair of front fender

I brought my SUV to the Body Shop of Sands Chevrolet for a repair on my front bumper. The repair work was done right and the paint matched perfectly. The personnel was great to deal with.

fast, easy, comfortable

Went to buy a truck. Art helped me out. He is the best salesmen in Arizona. Made the process easy and made me feel like family. Really helped to get me exactly what I was looking for a great price. This man is a legend and if you are ever at sand Chevy make sure to speak to him for the best service. I'm letting you know right now you wont be disappointed. Art is the MVP. The other guys are just role players.

Thank you Joshua Exter

Thanks to Joshua Exter we left with a beautiful Chevy equinox. He was very friendly and made sure all of our needs were met!! He was very thorough when explaining the details on our equinox!! Lied to

I originally visited this location in November the representative was able to get me into a 2008 Impala what does thousand-dollar down payment and $255 payment a month which was awesome after having a car for less than a week and had to be towed back into sand because of a transmission issue now remind you when I first got the vehicle inside out the paperwork no one offered an extended warranty on the vehicle as soon as it had to be fixed the service department wanted to provide an extended warranty which would have cost me an extra $160 a month on top of my car payment so I declined they claim to have fixed the issue but it was never fixed I left a review online sitting out was unhappy a gentleman by the name of Robert contacted me and stated that he was a manager of sales and wanted to help rectify the situation I went in he basically asked her all of my information again as if it were a new cell pulled up my credit had to give him my co-signers information and then came back to me and basically told me that he would not be able to do anything for me and less I had another down payment and will be willing to accept a $600 car payment I felt like going into the facility was a waste of time since then four or five people have contacted me asking me to Come Back Inn so they can try to help me when I tell them my experiences they just ignore what I'm saying and try to get another sale I now know that I need to make a few more good standing payments with this car and try to save up another down payment so I can get a more reliable car I work over an hour and a half away from home and have a toddler that I have in the car with me daily to drive a vehicle that you're unhappy with them feel like it's unsafe and no one seems to want to help you seems unfair but the weight explained it to me was I was over the 30 days of the Lemon Law so my experience with this location was not a good one

Awesome worked hard for us

We came in looking for a second car, something a little bigger since we're having another baby. Eddie R. helped us find a car we're very excited for. He totally went the extra mile for us getting us into something that fits what we wanted and working with our down payment and even got us a good monthly payment. I would definitely recommend coming and asking for Eddie because he for sure cares about the customers and getting us the best deal for our own personal situation! Thanks Eddie!

Very pleasant experience at dealer

When driving into sands glendale chevrolet on 1/20/17 I was looking for a used gmc sierra. Josh introduced himself with a smile even on this rainy day. At first he had said the vehicle was being worked on in another deal, but he insured me that we will look at the truck anyways. then another salesman said its still available. After the test drive and going over the truck, i felt i had to get it. It met all of what i was looking for and more. So Josh being thr guy he was went over the deal with my father and myself and the number were even better than i had thought. After a couple hours on a rainy late night chevrolet had a deal. Very happy with how i was treated with friendly open arms by the staff. No pressure to buy. I will be recommending friends and family for business

Worse place ever

Worse place ever I would never recommend anyone to this place. Worse experience of our life employee are just a joke. And treat people like xxxx so unprofessional they need to learn respect!!!!!😡

Happy Camper

As a full time RVer I rely heavily on the performance of my Silverado 2500HD. I've been going to Adam Shandley at Sands Glendale for several years. Adam is always courteous and helpful. His expertise and their quality of service received insure my continued patronage.

Satisfactory

There is Melissa Mc Dowell who is a very professional, kind, forthcoming Service Writer. She is very efficient and sees to get the service done ASAP. You should give her a raise, and make her the Employee of the year!
