I am writing to acknowledge Andrew's outstanding assistance with getting servicing on my Equinox this weekend. Throughout the process, Andrew consistently exhibited excellent customer service skills, remaining attentive and periodically checking in to ensure my needs were met. Although I initially intended to only have an oil change, I ultimately decided to have a transmission flush, brake flush, and radiator flush as well, utilizing a coupon to receive a great deal on these services. Unfortunately, I was unable to pay the full amount upfront, but Andrew provided a thorough explanation of the Sunbit loan program, enabling me to access the additional services. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Alan for his guidance in helping Andrew become a successful service advisor. Great job to both! I would also like to thank and acknowledge the service technicians for ensuring the safety of me and my family by keeping us on the road.
