Oil change

We had to wait over 2 hrs for a oil change after we got there an hour early .Titan didn't care and said he didn't take it personally as he doesn't own the dealership.

True to their word

I had a great experience purchasing my truck from Yates GMC. Brent followed through with everything agreed upon. Ashley in the service department was amazing to work with.

Rude customer service.

Rude customer service. I called this morning to see if I can push my appointment back a hour because of a important business meeting. They said it was fine. When I arrived the lady gave me a attitude and spoke to me like I was lower than her. Little does she knows I work corone of the largest roofing companies in the nation. We wanted to try these place out. Thanks for being rude immediately so we didn’t have to figure that out later.

Yates Buick GMC

Justice our sales was really engaged with my wife and myself having a good experience. Justice was awesome snd I highly recommend him as your salesman. Pedro in Finance was awesome, he made sure we understood everything and streamlined the whole process. I highly recommend Yates, they truly are a family atmosphere and not a high pressure dealership.

Crazy warning lights

My 2018 Buick Enclave started having all sorts of warning messages, so I called and talked to Richard and then Tony. They were able to get the problem diagnosed and fixed. They were careful not to overpromise how long it would take to diagnose, and to let me know potential costs and that I was still under warranty. I felt well taken care of, and will be able to leave for Michigan on time. Appreciate the service.

I made an appointment for express service -- just an oil

I made an appointment for express service -- just an oil change, oil filter change, and rotate tires -- after waiting almost 2 and a half hours without my car being touched, I demanded my keys and I left. The person I was referred to was Titus Petty. He spent the whole time working on his computer and telling me what was wrong with my Terrain. I have purchased 3 new GMC vehicles from Yates and have never had them repaired or serviced anywhere else. So much for making an appointment with Express Service. I will never do any form of business with Yates again. By the way, I drove all the way up from Tucson to have the work done.
