This was our second vehicle from yates, everything went smoothly and was an absolute pleasure working with Robert Griffin. Due to recent events we had to upsize vehicles, now we are in love with our 2020 Traverse!!!! Thank you so much Robert and Yates GMC!!

so let me tell you what happened with me in this dealership and their Ghost cars. so we apply for a 2016 Jeep they ran the numbers we were approved and somehow the jeep was taken to auction without anyone knowing so then they pointed us to another 2012 Jeep which wasn't on the lot either we ran the numbers I sat down and waited 2 hours to sign, I left my deposit and I was told that the jeep was going to be to given to me two days after I signed which was a Wednesday. I originally was told that the vehicle needed an oil change and then two days later I was told the vehicle had electrical issues and then now today I was told that there was something wrong with the head of the vehicle so they wanted to unravel the deal but come to find out they were sending pictures to my wife for a new Jeep a 2018 and they were trying to put us in that jeep anyone who buys a vehicle from this dealership beware they have no idea what the xxxx they're doing also they're so excited that they sold 250 vehicles in one month but the two vehicles they sold us weren't even on the lot. right now I'm searching attorneys if anyone knows of any attorney that I can talk with that I can I'm going to hold this company accountable for what they did they misrepresented the vehicle they bate and switched us and I'm sure there's other xxxx they did that I really can't pinpoint. xxxx YATES GMC!!! Never again. and if anybody reads this and gets deterred from buying a vehicle from then I'm glad I hope I can deter as many people as possible from buying any vehicles from this company ever again they are shady characters Beaynth ll, Dale and Brent beware of all of them all

Had a deal with a salesman and dealership for a...
Had a deal with a salesman and dealership for a particular high sought after used vehicle. Filled out all proper paperwork with for financing a portion of vehicle and even left C/C info for a deposit to secure vehicle for me until I could make it down on Friday. Even got text msg's from dealership confirming my appointment date/time. Salesman continued to call me throughout the day as we progressed the process. Finally towards end of day they were trying to get me down immediately to finalize deal even thought we had confirm via phone call and text msg for Friday after I was released from duty. Location is over 3 hours away from where I'm stationed which is why I planed for Friday and filled out paperwork and left C/C info to confirm purchase. After pressure from Dealership I was going to make long drive after work on 4/7/21 to make sure I got this vehicle even thought I had already scheduled and confirmed for Friday. Dealership sold vehicle even though I submitted loan paperwork and left C/C information to secure and confirm purchase for Friday 4/9/21 when I was able to make the drive down. I even spent additional funds to run vehicle history report after confirming I was gonna purchase vehicle. David was great salesperson to work with but dealership was actively working to sell vehicle I confirmed purchase and filled out finance paperwork for.

I went to see and buy Covette but ended leaving without the car as the dealer advised that the Certified Pre Owned Warranty was not available as advertized. A waste of 2 hrs of my time.

If I could rate this place a zero star i would.. the...
If I could rate this place a zero star i would.. the people there have no information about the vehicle and then when there is a issue you have to fight to get it fixed even though you spend 5k on a warranty. Then you leave a review on Google and "the owner" says he would like to discuss the issue leaves no phone number and then you left with calling the same people you had a issue with from the beginning. Bought 2 cars cash over 70k and nothing but issues after they got there money. They told us they would buff the scratches out of one of our cars that were in it when we bought it waited over 2 weeks got the car with the same road debri that was on the car when it went into service. I have to spend 400$ the have a outside company buff it and the as well told me the car was not buffed.. that is only some of the issues.. do not buy from this place. I will continue to write reviews on this place so people can be informed. BUYER BEWARE.
