My family and I have purchased 3 Nissan vehicles from Pinnacle Nissan and have received the best service and kindness from all of the staff. We won't shop anywhere else for a car, truck or SUV. Thank you!

Bought an Infiniti QX60 from the Nissan dealership and

Bought an Infiniti QX60 from the Nissan dealership and had a horrible experience working with Matt Duffy once the sale was complete. The car was listed as certified with Infiniti and by purchasing it through Nissan I lost most of the benefits. The vehicle had 28 miles. Mgmt never reached out during the time I owned the car which was 30 days given they knew this vehicle had operating issues. No one from mgmt called saying how is the vehicle. Once the sale was complete you are no longer a valued customer. The vehicle had 28 miles and issues from the very start given the car had defects. Matt Duffy stated they fully inspected the vehicle but missed key important safety factors like sensors that were manufacturer defect. Never could get them fixed after owning the car for one month. We kept this vehicle for one month and went to another dealership to buy a new QX60 given Scottsdale infinity (mgmt) was willing to trade the vehicle back(with Matt Duffy help) that had 400 miles, two weeks old for $8,000 less. Each dealership pointed the blame of this situation on each other. Any logical consumer would question selling a car back with 400 miles for thousands less. These two connected Scottsdale dealerships customers need to avoid at all cost and take your business anywhere else in Arizona.
