Brought car in because hood lifters failed….
Brought car in because hood lifters failed….. Waited in waiting room for 2hrs for someone to come and tell me what it would cost and how long it would take….I finally went to repair desk and they said it wasn’t finished … but it needs some other.things ….why didn’t anyone come and talk to me after they took it into repair? Disappointed in Service desk… Call me if you want to discuss this rating!

I want to share my negative experience again with Service
I want to share my negative experience again with Service of PINNACLE NISSAN, The priority reason to bring my vehicle to service was NOT carefully considered. If you check my service record notice that only couple time I have bring my vehicle there for service since 2023,due bad service, but take you more attempt priority to UPSELLING. It was a Frustrating experience after waiting for 3-1/2 hours. My electric issue over my dash board was NOT fixed. I assumed and sure for not approve all or some of the recommend required in the mileage of my vehicle.
