Easy Peasy....

We had what we believed to be a unique situation with a trade in. I explained to Darrell Lee what he issue was, what I was looking for, and what I wanted to do. He found the perfect vehicle with all my specs, in about 60 seconds, or so it seemed. He handed me the keys to go look it over, and by the time I came back he had an approval for the deal, All I had to do was sell it to the wife. She didn't take much convincing, and we drove it home that night. Darrell was professional, and listened to what I wanted, and needed, not some over sell agenda like other dealers. We were never made to feel uncomfortable or inconvenienced in any way. The entire experience with 2 visits maybe took 2 hours total. Hare and Darrell have a customer for life. Traded 2011 Tahoe for 2014 Cadillac CTS

Fernando is always a pleasure to work with! This is the second vehicle I have purchased with him, he is friendly and knowledgeable and makes the whole process easy. If there is ever an issue, he immediately addresses it to get it resolved. Fernando was accommodating with my schedule to get me in for the test drive and arranged for me to be able to keep the vehicle overnight. When I noticed an issue with the car, he was able to get the service team on it right away. Everyone at Hare was great! Thank you!

Great experience buying my used GMC Sierra with Joe Meanor

I just recently bought a 2015 used GMC Sierra from Hare Chevrolet. My salesperson, Joe Meanor, made it a great experience. He was very knowledgeable and even though I came in to look at the GMC Sierra that I wound up purchasing, Joe made sure to show me a few other attractive options as well. The whole process was smooth, easy and painless! I will definitely be coming back to purchase again in the future from Joe Meanor.

Service

I needed oil change, my rear windshield wiper changed and my headlights were out. He told me that I might have to reschedule for electrical issues. Later I received a message with suggestions to replace my front wiper blades not the rear one that was clearly missing a part and needed to be changed. After they changed the oil he came and get me for payment. I asked about the headlights he said that they didn’t see any problem with it. Really? I went straight to autozone. They took both headlights out. They were both out. I bought 2 new ones from them and the whole thing was about 5 mn. I know you guys are better than this.

Good bad and ugly

Sales great, service good, ugly is we are being buckled and dimed on our purchase. When we brought it in for timing chain repair, they told us the spark plugs need replaced. Owners manual reads that should be done at 100,000 miles. We bought it with 102,000 already on it so that should have been done BEFORE it was placed for sale. Next service was for piston replacement. Then we were told brakes were down to 1/3 life and the exhaust regulator was bad as well. We have only put 10,000 miles on it so you can't tell me we burned brakes that hard and the exhaust pipe rusted thru in less than 6 months. The inspection failed on this one from the service department other than a quick vacuum, some tire shine and a engine clean. We have bought other vehicles from other places that were more buy here pay here that had a better pre sale inspection. Sorry, but this is making me run for. Hare on buying another vehicle, or GM as far as that goes.

First Time Buyer

Great Service!

Have 2017 Chevy Trax Had a tire go flat Had my neighbor air up tire and I drove to dealership and they got me in later that day after work and did excellent customer service!!

Absolutely amazed!

Went in expecting a showdown between the sales rep and I. He made the experience excellent and got me exactly what I wanted! I would recommend him to anyone. He has an award for the top performer and I can see why.
