Service visit
I had an appointment scheduled for Resistall to be applied to my vehicle. I pulled behind the bay with the fewest cars in line waiting. There were two cars ahead of me. The first moved rather quickly, and the second appeared to be full of supplies for the dealership. I had to wait while the vehicle was unloaded which took about 10 minutes. Once inside the service area, I had a 3rd wait. When one of the service agents asked if I had been helped, someone replied that I had been "acknowledged" as if just saying someone will be right with you while I sat and waited for another 5 minutes was okay after I already had waited 17 minutes past my appointment time. I understand being busy, but it seems appointments may have been overbooked, and I should have been "acknowledged" when it took so long to unload company supplies.

Extremely Satisfied
This is the second time that Fernando has assisted us with leasing a vehicle. We returned because of the excellent experience we received the first time around. A Great Car Buying Experience
I went to Hare for their reputation on giving good on a trade in. We were met by Vince outside the front door and stuck with him throughout the day. He went back and forth several times to sales manager to get me the price I wanted. He literally asked me what i would pay (reasonable of course), and gave me that price. When i mentioned I was going to go to another dealership to look at a very comparable car, he sent me on my way in the car I was interested in buying from him. He told me he was confident I’d be buying the car he showed me. And he was right. I came back and he sealed the deal for us. After a long day of car shopping, the day didn’t seem so bad when working with Vince. I would definitely use Vince again.

Great experience buying sight unseen!
I caught a trade-in vehicle online when searching for a specific vehicle, a 4-wheel drive truck made by a brand they don't normally deal with. I had dropped a few e-mails trying to get details on similar vehicles in a 250 mile circle around me, and Hare was the only one to respond in a timely manner. I was in a unique situation, because I knew exactly what I wanted, but didn't have the time in my busy schedule to travel in 4 directions to test drive all the vehicles on my list. I was teamed up with Corbin in sales, which did a fantastic job handling my sale and paperwork even though I was unable to visit the lot and physically conduct the sale. Everything was handled in a timely manner, and professionally. He sent me detailed pictures, and gave me a full report on the vehicles condition. My papers were mailed, and returned in less than a week, and the vehicle was shipped to my door that weekend in perfect condition. I am glad I took a leap of faith with Hare, and will look at them again next time I purchase something. Thanks!

Not satisfied
I popped in on a Saturday morning for an oil change and tire rotation after receiving reminder for service earlier in the week. My paid in advance service agreement expired 300 miles ago or the equivelant of one weeks driving. I paid full price for the service and continued about my day. If I knew I was going to be charged, I would of performed the service myself.

I came in to Hare Chevrolet because I always get my oil changes here. They have a great service team and do a great job. The first time I got my oil changed I found a thank you card on my dash board (truly a class move)! I became a resident of Indiana after moving here from out of state. My other vehicle was purchased in the previous state I held residence in. Anyways, this was my first purchase from Hare Chevrolet. Fernando Roman did an amazing job helping me turn in my leased vehicle and getting me into another one. He was professional yet made the experience great with his funny and fun personality! I was surprised how quickly the paperwork was processed once I had chosen my vehicle. Previous dealerships in the past have dragged out this process. They are both timly and thorough at Hare. I love my new vehicle and will be referring family to Fernando Roman at Hare Chevrolet for their next vehicle!
