Since I am born and raised in Noblesville, tradition is very important to me and my family. Knowing the history of Hare Chevrolet is part of tradition.... Todd Thurston and the entire sales group made me see how Hare has changed with the fast world of business but hasn't lost the personal tradition, and that made me giddy with excitement.
I'm a 15 year customer. However, in recent years I've been rather frustrated with the service center at Hare in comparison to years past. I've experienced... a lack of communication, long waits, feeling pressured to do non-essential work, generally poor customer service, etc. It was getting to the point that I dreaded taking my car into the shop, even for a simple oil change. I was considering finding a new service center altogether. But my most recent experience with Mark at the service center has redeemed my opinion of Hare. My last visit could not have gone any smoother. Mark kept me informed, told me my various options, gave me a loaner when my car needed to stay overnight, had the work done in 24 hours and the final cost even came in slightly under the original estimate. I'll definitely be making my future appointments with Mark when possible.
I always had a good experience at this place, friendly staff, prices are really fair. The only thing I would improve on is the time, sometimes it takes... longer than they estimate. Overall I???d recommend to my friends and family. Thank you!!
