Nick was great even though I was not offered an extended

Nick was great even though I was not offered an extended warranty or an option for one but maybe not his fault I would go back again

Vehicle delivered without options quoted as having.

Vehicle delivered without options quoted as having. No resolution to this issue. After nearly two months, there has yet to be any resolution. The sales manager Matt contacted me and assured me that we can resolve the issue. There has been no real attempt to resolve the issue. The only option provided at this point has been to purchase another vehicle at lesser value and pay more dollars. I have asked for my trade in back and I would return the purchased vehicle along with any dollars exchanged and Lockhart wouldn’t agree. Clearly, Lockhart is trying to flip an additional car and add to the bottom line.

Thank you for the response. I have the communication and the apology for the vehicle not having the options as quoted. In the end Lockhart did nothing but offer a lesser valued vehicle and wasn’t willing to reasonably resolve the issue.

It took almost two weeks to reply to my inquiry of a specific vehicle. I stopped by after one week and nobody helped me so I left. I’ve had pretty good luck with Lockhart in the past so I will chock it up to lack of employees which so many businesses have. I won’t contact them thru cars.com anymore though.

GREAT SERVICE AND BODY REPAIR !!!

On February 09, 2023 picked my Cadillac CTS4 from Lockhart's body shop. Not only a fair price. The work was so good I couldn't tell that a new bumper was put on my car. The pearl paint blended nicely and looks perfect. The CTS4 sports model sits very low and I have a habit of hitting the front of the car. Looked bad when I took it in. The folks at Lockhart Cadillac did an excellent job. I was so excited just to see it looking new again. Staff in service and body shop very nice, professional and easy to work with. I know I will be back, on February 13, 2023 I will be taking in my Land Rover Range Rover Sport for service, I know I am in good hands at Lockhart. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed, I know I am very happy with all of you at Lockhart Cadillac at all locations !

Impossible to get my reg and title

It Has taken over a month and a half to get my registration and title and I still haven't gotten it so I can't do anything with it. The temporary plate has expired and now I can't even drive my new vehicle.

Great Service

I came in for an oil change. Great Service and great communication. They were very friendly and helpful when asking questions. I appreciate the time to took to explain what else needs attention on my car. Their prices are pretty decent. Will come back for additional service. Will likely get my next car from them. I briefly spoke with a sales person to explain my Interest in another car in the near future. He was pleasantly cool by not pressing me into doing something now. Much appreciated. I will be back.
