Oil change

Took car in for oil change. No problems. Took longer this time than it has in the past. Still out within hour. Will continue to use this dealership for services.

Lockhart cad. Very unhappy

Had five Cadillacs three from this dealer lease was due they kept sending me emails etc to come lease a new car which I was they said on four different letters they would give me 33 to 34 grand for my current auto I went to make the deal real simple and they said we can give you 24 grand for your car ps auto is in excellent condition.34000 miles this was an insult and this is why car dealers get such a bad rap they deserve it .also wanted my auto detailed as I bought the pkg. up front I was led to believe the deal was for the duration of the lease wrong for three years and the three years was up one week ago They wouldn’t help me and again five Cadillacs I am leasing a new cad. From a dealer in Cinn. Ps a much better deal as well

Sleazy dealership alert.

Don’t be swayed by the fake reviews, this is a sleazy dealership. As soon as the deal is done, they ignore you. They forget the promises they made and hide from you. Terrible business people.

Great Service

Took my Cadillac in for service and I was very happy with the communication and getting my vehicle serviced in a timely manner! They let me know what other issues my vehicle had and I felt no pressure from my service representative. My vehicle was cleaned inside and out and everyone in the building was pleasant!

Should be zero stars. Horrible communication and straight up lies. It's amazing that they're still in business.

If I wasn’t smart enough to bypass the general manager...

If I wasn’t smart enough to bypass the general manager and go directly to service I would now be $4500.+ out of pocket. After what I I would say that I was being ignored , my husband called service. Within 1.5 hrs. I got 2 totally different answers. I have that proof on my phone. I went in to complain but have not heard anything. If you’re a woman, watch your back and don’t work with Bob H. I will never trust this business again.

I figured I had a bad battery and took it to the shop in...

I figured I had a bad battery and took it to the shop in Greenwood back on February 2021. There was some woman who checked me in who was rude as heck. No "Hi". No "Good morning". Just "You need something?". I told her I made an online appointment and that I think it is the battery. So an hour later, she calls my name in the waiting room, like she is my 4th grade teacher. (Yeah that happened). I was with my 13 year old son, so I just kept my composure. Then she told me it was $300+. I was like, "Weren't you supposed to come tell me it was bad before you installed it". She was like, "Yeah it was bad, but if you have a problem, we put your old one back on". Whoa! I was besides myself. Since I had my child I didn't want to drive with a bad battery, and I live in Indianapolis, so I wouldn't even know where to go for a battery in Greenwood. So I paid and asked for her boss's name and left. So that was Saturday. I called some guy who said he was a Lockhart. He said he would look into it and call me back. He called back a day later I think and said something about it being a miscommunication and that on my next visit I could get a free oil change and tire rotation. I was like sure, but are you going to put in some notes or email me so I can tell them? He was like, "No just tell them you spoke with me". Six months later I put in a request for that oil change and tire rotation. Guess what? No one would do it because they didn't have any documentation. I called the head office and no one could get a hold of him. So yeah. Great place.

Adam in service department

Lockhart serviced ‘17 XT5 for slight clicking noise in drivetrain under warranty late Aug or early Sep. They discovered defective LF wheel bearing and replaced under warranty. The service representative Adam was GREAT. Will continue to have car serviced at Lockhart. Philip Hudson

Great Sevice department

Great service. timely and efficient. came in at my appointment time and they were ready clean, reset the appropriate alerts. Wait was in a nice atmosphere.

Very professional and my salesman was BaileyStauch

I called Lockhart Cadillac to gather information and research about the new Escalade. I spoke with Bailey Stauch and he gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. I then ordered my new Escalade with Bailey and I couldn’t have been more happier with the entire process top to bottom. Bailey walked me through everything step by step, returned my calls and texts and always kept me in the loop on what was happening with my order. Keep in mind I am in NY and they’re in Indiana. They took many pictures and videos of my vehicle as it arrived to their dealer from the factory. I was totally connected even though I was so far away. They shipped my new vehicle to me very quickly. They have a life long customer. Best part is their prices are very fair and transparent and absolutely zero nonsense. Very happy client!
