Scheduled maintenance

Excellent customer service each time! Everyone was friendly and helpful and the service was completed in a timely manner. I will definitely continue to use O’Brien Toyota and would recommend them highly!

Van maintenance/diagnostic

The standard oil change / tire rotation was fine however the write up for a diagnostic future repair wasn’t given in a thorough manner. I had to ask them to give me a total with labor vs. just parts. They complied but I had to take it hand-written.

Maint

I was disappointed this time due to the fact my wife had a scheduled appointment for 1 PM and didn’t get out till 230 the person at the desk said that was too long as well just for an oil change

Poor Service experience.

Everything started out fine, dropped the car off and got a shuttle to work. Got a call before the car was scheduled to even be worked on and asked when they could pick me up. I told them I could possibly get out at 4:30 to 5 pm and was told that they don't have someone to pick me up at that time. Last time they could pick me up is 1:30. They never told me that before and the service representative didn't offer any viable solutions. Unfortunately no one was able to take me there to pick up my car at work, so when I asked if I was up a creek the service person said "Yeah, sounds like it". I promptly asked to talk to a supervisor who got someone to come pick me up at 4:30. I got a survey from Toyota about my service and was honest in the feedback. I then got an email from Kyle Bond (GM) asking if they could contact me. I emailed him back right away and gave them my cell and said please call me to discuss. They never called back.. so it seems that the lack of focus on service goes all the way to the GM. Have never been treated this way before from a Dealer, will not ever go back to O'Brien. Tom Wood is Great at service! Send your business there!

Great customer service!

We were really pleased with our experience with OBrien Toyota. We were casually looking around the lot and as we approached the building, Rich ran out to ask if we needed help looking for anything. We told him what we were looking for and explained that we didn't see anything on the lot. He offered to check his system to see if they had the vehicle in their inventory. Sure enough, the vehicle had just been brought in and was sitting in the back!! That's the vehicle we ended up purchasing. Had it not been for his checking, we would have let the lot and probably not been back. I've never had a salesman do that before. Obviously, he wanted a sale, but he didn't have to run back and forth for us. We were really pleased with him and his service.

Took my Toyota in for a regular service (oil change, tire rotation). They are always fast and friendly. The only disappointing thing was the car wash was down.

Highly Satisfied Customer

I highly recommend this dealership to everyone! I have always had the best experience here than any dealership in my life. I've been leasing with O'Brien for 10 years and I will never go anywhere else. Their customer service is so friendly and so helpful which creates a great atmosphere.
