Great experience from first online contact to in-person at dealership. Mike wasn't immediately available but Randy took care of us with some test drives like we were his customer until Mike freed up. Never felt any pressure and Finance Guy got us a 2.9 rate. We plan on buying a flex in the future from Pearson as well. Hope the service experience will be as good as the sales experience!

We love our new 2011 Explorer from Pearson Ford. Pearson Ford was great! Don is a true professional. This is the third new vehicle that we have bought from Pearson Ford in the last five years. It is definitely worth the drive from Fishers to Zionsville.

I've purchased about 6 vehicles and as of tomorrow 11/3/10 8 total. This is the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. It's so refreshing to buy a vehicles from people who feel like friends and not pushy sales people.I enjoy all of my buying experiences because the service continues after the sale.

The service was excellent. They were all friendly and helped me in any way they possibly could in getting my new car. I have never had a brand new car, but thanks to them, I drove away in one. Thank you to all of the Pearson Ford employees that helped me.

Michael Berg was awsome as a salesperson. He replied to my email and was very helpful. I had the Walmart discount and the Upromise and they gave me the best deal and with the Ford rebates I got an awsome price for my Ford Focus SES it was even the color that I wanted. thank you

What a pleasant experience! Normally we hesitate to go to car sales people because they say one thing and then come with something different when the actual deal is done. But with Michael, we did not have any problems. Pearson Ford is very straight forward with no hidden fees or anything! We really appreciate that! We were very impressed and have already referred colleagues to Pearson!
