Take note of the warnings on Service.

Take note of the warnings on Service. This is the worst service department I have EVER experienced. Three strikes. Yesterday was the third time that I took my vehicle to them, only for them to keep the car multiple days and not even touch the vehicle. No phone calls, no updates, just did not get around to the vehicle, and this was with a prescheduled appointment for oil change and alignment. This is the third strike, shame on me for giving them multiple attempts. Will never go back.

If I could put 0 stars I would.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I made a road trip today to take a look at used car at Pearson Ford dealership in Zionsville, IN. I called beforehand and confirmed they had the car in stock and scheduled an appointment. After investing the time to drive up to the dealership, inspect, and test drive the car, they refused to sell me the car at the advertised price and told me that it was mis-priced by mistake. They however would sell me the car at $5K above the advertised price. They then went on to show me they corrected the price on-line to be at the increased price. After getting home this hours later I got back on my laptop and identified that the car is priced again at the lower sales price it was at earlier in the week and this morning before I went to see the car. By the way the car is advertised at two different online car sites at the smaller price. It is advertised on two different well known on-line automotive sales at the lower price. It appears to be BAIT AND SWITCH! Terrible business.

DO NOT take your car to get repaired here.

DO NOT take your car to get repaired here. They have had our car for FOUR MONTHS and have every excuse in the book to not have it ready. I have purchased several vehicles there and will NEVER buy another car from them again.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I Bought a truck then they attempted to sell me an extended warranty, months after the purchase I start using my heat and it smells like rotten eggs, took it to a mechanic and the catalytic converter is bad, costing over $2,500 and come to find out if I would have purchased this wonderful warranty they attempted to peddle on me it wouldn’t have even been converted this! They responded to my first “stellar” review promising to “make things right” with this lemon of a car they sold off their lot with smiles and handshakes but when I called as implored to by the Pearson associate no answer or call back. Wonder why? They don’t care about the client and only care about selling crap cars to make a quick buck. Sad what the world has turned into.

I highly advise those looking for a used vehicle to look

I highly advise those looking for a used vehicle to look somewhere else. Pearson Ford does not do their due diligence to inspect vehicles before selling them to customers and/or ignored an alert. I bought a used X5 from them on 11/3 and the following day I was receiving a battery control check message. I read sometimes if a battery was recently replaced or not registered it would clear itself. Every 2-3 cranks I got the battery message. I called Pearson Ford to inform them of the issue on 11/12 and was told that Mike Cazzel was the used car manager and he would call me back. I gave Mr. Cazzel a week to return my call and he never did. After the holidays on 11/27 I took the car to BMW and turns out the car battery is going bad, it costs over $1700 to replace/register, and is currently on backorder. I called and was finally able to talk to Mr. Cazzel from the BMW dealership to inform him of the issue the X5 has. He stated he would not make a decision that day and told me he would call me back. I emailed Mr. Cazzel the invoice from BMW and date time stamp pictures showing the alert. Apparently Pearson Ford is not upholding to their values because he refuses to return my calls. I reached out to the finance manager as well and he said he would have Mr. Cazzel call me today and he has not and is off today. So I still have temp tags and looking at a $2400 bill after a brake flush, diagnostic, and battery replacement. I know this car was not properly inspected for a few reasons: the pictures they listed the vehicle with shows the tire pressure was low and the same night I had to inflate the tires, the trunk was littered with dog hair, and they attempted to remove the bulk of the tar off of it from being in a construction area but I had to invest in a $250 detail to clean it up. On top of all this my new car now sits at BMW indefinitely until the battery is off backorder. There are a couple reviews that have experienced similar issues and as you can see they only address good reviews. This is not how you do business and I strongly advise against purchasing a used car from them.

This has been one of the most stressful car-buying

This has been one of the most stressful car-buying experiences I have ever had. I worked with their salesman, Craig, and since my purchase, I have had multiple issues, and not a single person has assisted me. During the buying process, Craig did not clearly explain fees until I was ready to make the purchase. He promised completely false things (which I do expect from a car salesman), and never once ensured that I was satisfied with my purchase. I purchased a used vehicle from out of state and had it delivered to me. When I took it to my dealer for a quick check of things, they found clear damage that was not disclosed by the seller. Resulting in hundreds of dollars to repair. When I reached out about this, I never heard back from anyone. I was told that I needed to speak with two different people, and not once did I receive a response or a callback. The dealership I took my vehicle to, had clear documentation of the damage and I offered to send it to Pearson. However, Craig subsequently began ignoring me. I found out today that when they submitted the paperwork for the PA DMV, they did not request that the vehicle be registered, only titled. This is done on the same form as the one to request the title, so it was something that Pearson missed when sending their paperwork. I typically try to work with a business to resolve an issue before resorting to publicly expressing my issue, but since the dealership has not made any effort to communicate with me it seems this is the most reasonable option. Overall, the process was frustrating from start to finish. I am completely satisfied with the vehicle I purchased, because of the type of vehicle it is. Not because of the dealer, who was dishonest and careless in their process. It is very possible that if I had been an Indiana resident they may have treated me better because I was in the immediate area. And maybe I would have had a better experience. But I am still a customer, regardless of the state I live in. Overall, truly disappointing experience. I will never purchase with Pearson Ford again.

I have a 2002 Ford F150 that started leaking around the rear window. I called Peason Ford's body shop (collision repair) and was advised: "They could not fix or work on my truck due to the age limit." Of course, I panicked and asked to speak with the Manager. I was forwarded to Ms. Brewer, who rendered a solution to stop the leak, which she could order. I then purchased the suggested product and saw that it was a double-tube sealant and epoxy. Once I found that auto part stores, Lowe's, Home Depot and Menards, did not sell the caulk gun, I called Ms. Brewer back, who was able to get a mechanic to loan me his caulk gun. I sealed my rear window and stopped the leak. She went over and beyond to assist me. I truly appreciated that customer service towards me, a United States Marine. Thank you again, Ms. Brewer!

Buyer beware.

Buyer beware. In my opinion, this is not a reputable dealer. The service department is abysmal. They sell you agreements that make you feel all warm and fuzzy but when you try to do even the basic of services with their service department it ends in utter failure. I ended up trading in the car and canceled those services, even the finance team couldn't process those refunds appropriately. Great sales team, if you plan to buy the car there and never talk to them again. Nothing like their past reputation, this place has slid as low as you can go.

I purchased a new 2023 Ford Expedition.

I purchased a new 2023 Ford Expedition. After a month, I needed a minor adjustment. The service department said that they could not get me in for a month. I asked my salesman if he could help move up the appointment. Unfortunately, he never got back to me. I called a competing Ford dealer a few miles away and they were able to get me the next day and make the adjustment. I certainly regret buying my vehicle from Pearson Ford due to their very poor customer service.
