Exceptional service as would be expected! Maruf is the man, he listened to my issues and addressed everything throughly in a clear and concise manner. I was even given a loaner since the service took a few days and even then, it was completed in 4 days and my BMW drives like new! The loaner matched the trim on my vehicle which was a very pleasant surprise. The paperwork is so professional as well. They’ll detail everything that was moved or touched, even by how much down to the mm. I am very impressed with Bramans customer service.

the delivery of a new car.... 1) you sit down with the financial person to complete your purchase... 2) Our purchase was a cash deal with no trade in... 3) Financial person had me in their were trying to office for almost two (2) hours without any of the paper work done... 4) They were trying to UPSELL me on different items... 5) the delivery explanation of the BMW took all of 5 minutes... 6) Now to understand all the new features of the BMW we have to be inconvenienced to go back to understand the automobile.... I am a long customer of Braman Auto... Braman has a Q customer membership... I would have to sit down with another person to become a member (no charge)... Another inconvenience to the customer... We have purchase many car from them... This is the same pattern... I don't believe I will be purchasing any car in the future....
