The service advisor was very nice and polite. The service I had was done quickly. What did disappoint me is that the coffee station was out of cups and dirty. Not sure if the machine even worked.

Manny was very professional and courteous. He continuously checked on my car and gave me updates. He was the same with other customers that I saw him with the 3 hours that I was there.

It was about a recall on my 2014 cruze lt and they told me my car was not affected, I was glad to hear that.

Sales and Financing staff were friendly and helpful. Several similar vehicles to choose from in stock. I feel I got most of what I wanted, for a price I could manage. I even got a partial refund on my previous extended warranty to use toward my down payment.

The sales Associate Chevy Rubin was the highlight of my visit! I am soo pleased with my new purchase and a lot of it is because of his attention and patience during my experience. I have had quite a few experiences in my time as a car buyer and can say that I have always left with a few questions, false promises or misleads here and there and never would I do a survey unless I feel it is warranted. But this time the follow through was on point! If you ask me, I would refer Chevy Rubin and Tropical Chevrolet as a whole for their excellent customer service, overall honesty and from a scale of 1-10 I give them a 100!
