Great service

My experience at Tropical Chevrolet was awesome. People are very nice. The service was great, Manny made sure I understood everything about what was wrong with my car and how they fixed it. I am very satisfied with Tropical's service. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely go back to Tropical.

easy, fast, no hassle sale

Salesman Robenson was great. Very helpful and knowlegeable. Helped find exactly what i needed im very happybwith my purchase and look forward to having a lifetime relationshio with this salesman as i buy mire cars in the future. The finance manager Jay was incredibly helpful in putting my deal through

Great Service, will not go to any other dealership

This is my second time buying a car from Tropical Chevrolet in the pass two years and I have nothing bad to say, because the dealership is doing a great job. Please please keep up the great work. And my hat off to my new sale person Ms. T. Wilcox. And I'm looking toward to my third purchase in the next two years. Thank You so very much.

New Transmission

Ben was incredibly helpful in our situation. We were traveling to the keys when our transmission blew out and we had it towed to Tropical. We left the car with folks we did not know, but they came through for us. We were very pleased with Ben's kindness and his effort to help us quickly get back on the road and more importantly back to enjoying our vacation.

Great Service

Great bunch of guys specially Chevy! actually called me at least twice a month for about 5 months until I finally went to see him and he sold me a 2014 Stingray!

new car purchase

everyone was great!!! my salesman robinson and mark diaz(Mgr) were fantastic!! Got a great interest rate and robinson explained the operation of the new equinox perfectly

Great service

I called the day before and spoke with service manager Paul Celestin and he told me to come in the next morning (my usual service Tech Lisa Glynn was on vacation). When I arrived early the next morning I was greeted by Ben Haslem who look at the car and did the paperwork to have the car checked out. (The engine light had come back on again and I brought it in a month or so prior due to the engine light coming on and at that visit they changed the thermostat). I waited on the car because I had to go to work and the car was ready within a hour or so, he explained what they did and he informed that if the light comes back on to just call him directly so that he can order a part.

Excellent service!

Michael Crato worked hard to identify the cause of a peculiar problem and carefully explained the cost of the fix so I could make an informed decision. He then guided me to the right combination of maintenance work for my vehicle. He got me and my car out of the shop in reasonable time and cost. He, and Orlando before him, have sold me on your company. Tropical will continue to be my exclusive source for service, and car purchases. Thanks Mike!
