I’ve been a Nucar Mazda customer for over 16 years having bought at least 7 cars from them for the family. Service Manager John and Melissa are my goto for honest thorough work at a fair price. Thanks again guys!

Everyone was kind and the Advisor was in constant

Everyone was kind and the Advisor was in constant communication. My only negative is that the online service scheduler has dates block out for weeks.

My system did ann update but it failed I had to go to the

My system did ann update but it failed I had to go to the dealer to have it reset. They were able to get my reset my system and get the digital screen back up and running.

Super Bowl Saturday 2025 Traveling north on 95 from

Super Bowl Saturday 2025 Traveling north on 95 from Maryland to Long NY my vehicle experienced an electrical error which immobilized the vehicle We were literally caught in Delaware between the heaviest snowstorm of the year moving south along the 95/NJTP and an ice storm moving north along 95 through Maryland and Delaware In-spite of of the fact that my vehicle had not been purchased from Nucar New Castle Delaware William provided the level of service which inspires brand loyalty William worked for several hours to find us a loaner car and even stayed late after the service department close to try to deliver the loaner to me because of the weather it took an extremely long time to get the vehicle towed to Nucar To further exemplify Nucar’s commitment to customer service when William had to leave the sales department took over. Next a sales person stepped up and stayed past closing to deliver my loaner car in the face of an impending snow/ice storm. While in service John the service manager kept me completely informed of what was going on. This is what good service and excellent dealership and brand representation looks like !!!
